    • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of software industry experience in product design, architecture, or support.
    • Experience with legacy modernization is a significant advantage.

    Job Summary

    • As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will work with web-based software development technologies across all tiers of the application, from database to front-end. You will join a distributed team working on PrismHR’s flagship software products in SaaS, mobile, and on-premise environments.

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform complex application code development, maintenance, and debugging.
    • Perform unit testing on assigned work.
    • Prepare technical application documentation across multiple lifecycle phases.
    • Lead code reviews.
    • Develop and adhere to software engineering standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Lead system design efforts to ensure security, performance, data integrity, and scalability requirements are addressed.
    • Review key requirements deliverables to ensure a cohesive and functionally sound product definition.
    • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the testing strategy covers all aspects of the project.

    Technical Skills

    • 5+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience at an expert level is required.
    • Experience building and maintaining complex single-page web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as AngularJS, React, and Vue.js.
    • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, and related technologies.
    • Experience with RESTful web services and/or microservices, especially Node.js and Express.
    • Strong Node.js development experience.
    • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
    • Experience working with Agile development methodologies, continuous integration, test-driven development, and Git version control.
    • Experience with Docker under Linux or OSX.
    • Experience with NoSQL or MultiValue (PICK) databases.

    Legal Talent Sourcer

    We are looking for a Legal Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates for legal industry positions.

    What You'll Do

    • Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other recruiting channels
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
    • Conduct market research and candidate mapping
    • Engage with potential candidates and assess initial fit
    • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process

    What We're Looking For
