Legal Talent Sourcer at Solvo Global

We are looking for a Legal Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality candidates for legal industry positions.

What You'll Do

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct market research and candidate mapping
• Engage with potential candidates and assess initial fit
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
• Strong research and candidate identification skills
• Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful mindset
• Experience supporting legal recruiting is a plus, but not required
