    Senior Legal Officer (1) Post

     V/NO. 1/2022

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail: –

    1. Interpreting legal cases; advising on legal requirements and prosecution
    2. Procedures; issuing instructions to agreement and contract defaulters;
    3. Developing and implementing legal agreements and contracts in liaison with relevant departments, divisions and units;
    4. Monitoring compliance with legal framework, agreements and contracts;
    5. Preparing legal opinions on legal cases and on matters relating to legal notices; and

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    The duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-

    1. Developing and implementation of NRFs investment plans and strategy;
    2. Identification of investment opportunities;

    ICT Officer - (1) Post

     V/NO. 3/2022

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    This is the entry position for this cadre. An Officer at this level will work under supervision of a senior. The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail: –

    1. Writing and testing computer programmes according to instructions and
    2. Specifications prepared by a more senior and experienced officer;
    3. Implementation of the computer systems and providing user support, including training users;
    4. Performing technical, systems and user documentation tasks;
    5. Working closely with user departments and undertaking systems analysis of

    Duties and Responsibilities.

    1. Checking and clearing payment vouchers and committal documents for examination;
    2. Reviewing of data capture within the system;
    3. Verifying data recorded in the cash book;
    4. Validating bank reconciliations; 
    5. Validating receipts and payments;
    6. Preparing financial reports;

    Auditor - (1) Post

     V/NO. 5/2022

    JOB SPECIFICATION

    1. Undertaking risk based audit, value for money and systems audit as per approved audit programs and maintain complete working papers; 
    2. Participating in preparation of audit procedures of a given assignment in collaboration with supervisors; 
    3. Carrying out audit tests and procedures as per audit programs; 
    4. Preparing timely and accurate draft reports for review with supervisor;

    1. Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle; 
    2. Keeping up to date work tickets for vehicles;
