    Guest Relations & Reservations Officer

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel reservations, front office or guest relations
    • Experience with Hotel PMS and OTA platforms is an added advantage
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong sales, upselling and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
