    Head Teacher

    Key Responsibilities

    • Effective School Management and Planning
    • Oversee daily school operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for school growth and improvement.
    • Build and maintain a positive, inclusive school culture that encourages learning and teamwork.
    • Teaching and Evaluating Staff Performance
    • Teach selected classes to model high-quality instructional practices.
    • Mentor and support teachers, recommending workshops and professional development.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Set performance targets aligned with school goals.
    • Manage staff attendance, records, and leave per policy.
    • Facilities, Health & Safety
    • Ensure all school facilities are well maintained.
    • Enforce policies on facilities management, health, and safety.
    • Monitor compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
    • Financial Management
    • Ensure prudent financial management within approved budgets.
    • Oversee expenditures and resource allocation.
    • Manage procurement of supplies and learning materials.
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Engage parents, community members, and government agencies.
    • Hold regular meetings to provide updates on school progress and initiatives.
    • Marketing
    • Work with the marketing team to grow student enrollment.
    • Represent the school at community events.
    • Build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the community.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Teacher or Deputy.
    • Mature, competent individual aged 35+.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s preferred).
    • Registered with TSC.
    • Experience with CBC curriculum.
    • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

    Corporate Affairs Officer

    • The Corporate Affairs Officer plays a vital role in shaping and maintaining the company image & fostering good relationships with stakeholders like Government agencies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Public Relations, content writing & verification of external communication to be released.
    • Writing press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
    • Promoting positive media coverage of the company.
    • Internal Communications:

    Assistant Factory Manager

    • To ensure optimum utilization of machine capacities, utilities, and production systems by providing engineering support, maintenance oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

    Key responsibilities of the successful candidate;

    • Maintenance & Equipment Management
    • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and factory infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation faults to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain updated maintenance records and equipment manuals.

    • Production planning &support

    • Continuous Improvement

    • Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Kaizen initiatives.
    • Develop cost-reduction and reliability improvement programs.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
    • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of factory quality systems such as ISO 9001

    Security Supervisor

    • We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage all security operations at our head office and manufacturing facility. The Security supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, materials, and all company property, while enforcing security policies and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role involves coordinating physical security measures, supervising security personnel, and implementing procedures to protect against internal and external threats.

    Key Result Areas:

    • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures specific to manufacturing operations, including access control, perimeter security, and visitor management.
    • Monitor and secure entry/exit points, warehouses, production areas, and restricted zones.
    • Lead and manage a team of security guards and supervisors, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
    • Implement and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, motion detectors) and ensure they are fully operational.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and emergency response drills.
    • Investigate security incidents, breaches, or accidents and report findings with corrective recommendations.
    • Collaborate with Factory management, HR, and SHE (Safety Health & Environment) teams on safety and security-related matters.
    • Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external security Service providers as needed.
    • Maintain and manage security budgets, including staffing, equipment, and technology investments.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, corporate security standards, and industry best practices.
    • Ensure security in other company sites.

    Qualifications & other attributes

    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Security Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Degree / Diploma in criminal justice, public administration, or a related field is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of physical security systems, facility protection strategies, and access control technologies.

    HR Assistant

    • The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with labor regulations.

    Key Responsibilities.
