Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Support in the development of branding materials such as logos, flyers, brochures, and presentation decks
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for internal and client projects
• Edit and refine graphics using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma
• Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all design deliverables
• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing photo shoots for events, products, and portraits
• Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and in-studio imagery as required
• Sort, select, and edit photos using tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Help with organizing and managing photo libraries, file naming, and storage
• Participate in creative direction and styling support during shoots
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to align visual work with project goals
• Stay updated with current design and photography trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
• Be open to feedback and iterate designs or photos based on team reviews
• Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Degree or a Diploma in graphic design or related field.
• A strong eye for visual composition.

Responsibilities

• Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with the Design and Marketing team to develop concepts
• Capture and process images and videos until you achieve desired results
• Constantly improve image and video quality using various post-production methods
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and background to adhere to specifications
• Direct shooting subjects
• Archive photographic images and maintain the database
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of photography and videography best practices and procedures
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Strong videography and/or photography skills
• Strong in Adobe Creative Suite skills, with an eagerness to learn new tools
• A strong understanding of creative storytelling
• Education background in multimedia production, photography, videography, visual communication design, or other related fields
• Familiarity with digital marketing
• Ability to work with the design and communications teams to understand marketing requirements and capabilities as they relate to Creative production
• Passion for current communication design trends and technologies and a desire to communicate this knowledge across the team
• Passionate about personal growth and learning
• Copywriting skills are a plus
