The ideal candidate should bring:

• A Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy or a related field
• 2+ years of active irrigation or farm supervisory experience
• Direct experience with fine beans and tenderstems
• Experience supervising field teams
• Practical knowledge of drip and overhead irrigation systems
• Basic irrigation/plumbing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
• Familiarity with GlobalGAP compliance, safe water use and agricultural safety standards

Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client, a leading professional services and testing firm, is seeking an R2P Accountant (Arabic Speaker) to support accurate, timely and compliant transaction processing across the Requisition-to-Pay cycle.

The role involves invoice processing and three-way matching, supplier reconciliations, payment preparation, month-end closing activities, AP aging, compliance and process improvement.
Key requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience in Accounts Payable, R2P or Finance Shared Services
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and corporate ERP systems
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent is an added advantage

The successful candidate will engage directly with building contractors, fundis, foremen, home builders, and other potential customers, promote building materials, secure orders, monitor market demand, and work towards daily and weekly sales targets.

We're looking for someone with:

• 1–2 years’ experience in field sales, retail sales, or a hardware environment
• KCSE/Form Four Certificate; a Sales or Business qualification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Syokimau and surrounding areas
• Good verbal communication skills in Kiswahili and basic English
