    Human Resource Officer (Plant Section)

    JOB PROFILE

    Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    1. Overall responsibility of Human Resource department including but not limited to; timekeeping, payroll, plant up-keep, security and implementation of company policies.
    2. Monitor, maintain and document Statutory Regulations and Compliances on regular basis.
    3. Regular follow up with relevant government agencies such as NEMA and DOSH.
    4. Document and maintain employee records and files and present for audit whenever demanded.
    5. Identify training needs for employees and organize training programs with internal/external support.
    6. Liaison with security agencies to ensure safety and security of all staff and the company’s
    7. Regular follow ups with outsourced contractors and monitoring and reporting their performance on weekly basis. Ensuring there is full compliance of PPE’s.7

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Graduate in Human Resources or its equivalent, member of IHRM.
    2. Preferably around 28years – 40 of age.
    3. Minimum 5 years’ experience

    SAP Support Consultant

    JOB PROFILE

    As an SAP support consultant you will be required to provide 1st level issue resolution, specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation and testing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    1. SAP B1 Administrator – is the custodian and administrator, (in conjunction with internal SAP champion and SAP consultant Shared services) and of SAP B1 system in day-to-day administrative tasks, including technical support, user administration, and system enhancements.
    2. Business Processes Champion. Create and maintain up-to-date system manuals and process flows that reflect organizational best practice. These documents will be the    source for how users will use the system.
    3. Spearhead company-wide user training. Master and be an expert system user that is able to train users across the organization on proper use of SAP B1.
    4. Ensure that the SAP functionalities and capabilities are fully utilised by the teams in a way that enhances business efficiency and productivity.
    5. Conduct system enhancements as well as upgrades, client machine installations, query and report creation as per the business needs.
    6.  Ensure that SAP Application server is optimized and necessary mechanism are in place in case of system downtime(Recovery Mechanism).
    7. Devise and implement “Disaster Recovery Plan”, alongside SAP implementation.
    8. Most importantly, ensure that SAP “BEST PRACTICE” is maintained and followed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Bachelors Degree in a computer related field
    2. Preferably around 25years – 40 of age.
    3. Minimum 5 years’ experience
