    Inventory Supervisor M/F

    Mission Description

    • To ensure all Supply Chain activities are run according to AGL Operational Excellence Standards & CCE Policies and Procedures.

    Operations

    • Daily review of All SAP data postings (issues, receipts and transfers) by TRH and SAP team and feedback given to the team for correction.
    • Daily review of Physical daily counts and feedback given to physical inventory supervisors daily for corrections.
    • Following up on warehouse shorts and excesses reported in daily counts. execute stock take on a monthly basis
    • Daily physical vs system reconciliation for beer, Keg UDV. Reconciles all receipts from Trade dispatches, inter warehouse transfers and reversals.
    • Reconciles breakages for Kisumu and develops weekly and monthly breakages reports detailing reason codes and partner responsible
    • Reports and presents inventory status on a weekly basis in contact review, HOD and inventory meetings
    • Conduct Kisumu Beer, Keg, UDV Empties stock take, request approval and post in SAP
    • Escalate and obtain variance explanations daily for Kisumu Follow up on closure of all variances reported in daily reconciliation
    • Provide guidance to SAP Data clerks on all system reversals.

    Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE)

    • Participate in regular safety trainings, toolbox talks, emergency drills and walkabouts
    • Immediately report all near misses, and incidents within the work area
    • Timely and accurate reporting of any unsafe acts and conditions
    • Support a culture of safety in the team (adhere to the proactive safety measures)

    Reporting

    • Timely and accurate circulation of daily reports
    • Accurate and timely daily KPI reporting

    Management

    • People Management
    • Continuous training of Data clerks on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
    • Maintain good working relationships between AGL, KBL, POL, Security and Transporters
    • Continuous engagement with the Site Manager, Operations Manager, Clerks and warehouse attendants.

    Documentation

    • Warehouse documents archiving as per the SOP
    • Maintain a stock register on a daily basis.
    • Receive and file warehouse receipts and issuing reports

    Others

    • Carry out all delegated tasks from Operations Controller and relevant Inbound/Outbound Controller. Operations Manager, Clerks and warehouse attendants.

    Documentation

    • Warehouse documents archiving as per the SOP
    • Maintain a stock register on a daily basis.
    • Receive and file warehouse receipts and issuing reports

    Profile

    • Business Degree in Finance/Accounting or Operations/Supply Chain Management
    • Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS is an added advantage.
    • At least 3 years' experience in any of the following fields:-
    • External/Internal Audit
    • Supply Chain/Operations/Inventory Management
    • Risk/Governance/Compliance Management

    Operations Controller M/F

    Mission Description                      

    Operations

    • Manage operations by ensuring activities and projects are smoothly implemented and timely executed as per clients' request/KPIs, Bolloré SOP and target budgets.
    • Serve as the point of contact for client on all contractual/commercial matters.
    • Liaise with relevant contractors/departments to ensure Legal, Security and QHSE controls are always in place to minimize risk. Implement and embed industry best practices.
    • Develop and execute cost saving strategies that achieve improved financial performance.
    • Manage operations PNL.
    • Achieve monthly and annual budget and OR targets. Ensure client accounts are timely and accurately invoiced and any outstanding amounts are collected on time.
    • Ensure the required SOP's are up to date and implemented across operations.
    • Ensure all operations and activities are conducted as per the Bolloré Code of Business Conduct, Compliance and Controls Standards and to ensure satisfactory rating is achieved in all internal, external and client-based audits.

    Planning

    • Plan and manage operations resources by reviewing daily/weekly production plan from client.
    • Conduct KPI meetings with client to identify issues, new requirements, pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.

    Reporting

    • Prepare, agreed and defined periodic reports and submit to management
    • Analyze and monitor operations KPIs and reporting and drive continuous improvement action plans monthly that will be shared with client.

    Profile

    • Degree in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
    • 3 years' experience in supply chain or a related field

    Transport & Fleet Manager M/F

    Key Responsibilities

    Transport Operations Management

    • Coordinate and oversee daily transport activities including route planning, driver and vehicle allocation, and real-time operational monitoring.
    • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods in line with customer SLAs and operational plans.
    • Ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of company-owned and subcontracted fleets.

    Fleet & Equipment Management.

    • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure fleet availability, roadworthiness, and regulatory compliance.
    • Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, downtime, and operating costs.
    • Implement fuel management and cost-control initiatives to improve efficiency.
    • Manage transport management systems (TMS) and digital tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of fleet records.

    People Management & Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and motivate drivers, fleet officers, dispatchers, and transport operations staff.
    • Manage recruitment support, onboarding, induction, and training of drivers and fleet personnel.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, manage attendance and leave schedules, and enforce discipline in line with company HR policies.
    • Address employee grievances promptly and fairly while maintaining operational discipline and accountability

    Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

    • Develop, track, and analyze transport KPIs covering cost, service levels, safety performance, fleet utilization, and productivity.
    • Ensure adherence to approved SOPs for dispatch, routing, journey management, and client communication.
    • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean transport practices and process optimization.

    QHSSE Compliance & Safety.

    • Enforce strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) policies and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure subcontractors comply fully with company HSE standards and contractual obligations.
    • Support sustainability initiatives including fuel reduction, emissions control, eco-driving practices, and environmental protection measures.

    Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all transport-related matters
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Commercial, and QHSSE teams to align transport activities with business objectives.
    • Support service improvement initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

    P&L and Financial Responsibility

    • Manage the transport P&L, including monitoring revenues, operating costs, and profitability.
    • Prepare and manage transport budgets, forecasts, and cost-control plans.
    • Implement cost-optimization strategies related to fleet size, fuel usage, maintenance, subcontracting, and route efficiency.

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in fleet and transport operations, including managerial responsibility.
    • Proven track record in managing a large fleet and delivering transport solutions in East Africa.
    • Strong knowledge of transport, regulatory environment and operational best practices in Kenya.
    • Experience in using transport management systems (TMS), GPS tracking tools, and fleet analytics platforms.
    • Excellent leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment.
    • Strong knowledge of customs, regulatory, and QHSSE standards.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid driver's license (Category CE) and knowledge of vehicle technical specifications will be an added advantage.
