    Accounts Assistant

    SALARY: 20K


    • Maintain the petty cash book in accurate order, while guaranteeing efficiency in transactions.
    • Undertaking regular cash counts on weekly basis and at the end of each month to confirm that books reflect existing physical amounts
    • Preparing and making payments
    • Keeping track of cash levels, and prepare fund request when needed:
    • Keeping up-to-date cash books and bank books
    • Submitting cash books and bank books to the Accountant on a monthly basis
    • Calculating and submitting local tax returns
    • Filing of statutory reports
    • Records keeping of the expense sheets
    • Responsible of the filing of all the administrative documents
    • Looks for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
    • Perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time


    • Diploma in Accounting/ Business management or any related Field.
    • Must be conversant with POS systems
    • Must have 2 years previous experience in a hotel setting in a 4 star or 5 star hotel
    • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
    • Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistics
    • Ability to organize data and draft reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Strong communication skills that help to develop courteous conversation with the customers

    Customer Service Coordinator



    • Ensure Effective Project Management for all projects under your coordination
    • Processing timelines for customer LPOs to be achieved
    • Ensure legendary Service delivery to all customers
    • Increase customer service efficiency by ensuring 95 % customer satisfaction
    • Attain highest level of technical accountability and efficient co-ordination
    • Upgrade CSC handling capacity into excellent project managers
    • Increase SLA’s by 70%- Generate 20 SLA’s per month
    • Ensure weekly generation of new leads
    • Cross selling from existing deployments
    • Ensuring same day service on all call-outs by scheduling the requests within 1 hour of the customer’s call;
    • Daily feedback and reporting to Customers on status of their requests upon job scheduling, during implementation and upon completion;
    • Ensure Monthly/Quarterly customer visits (as per SLA agreement) for all SLA Clients;
    • Immediate Escalation of any challenge that may affect prompt quality service delivery to customers



    • Degree in ICT or related and have done project management/ coordination.
    • Project planning, scheduling, execution, onsite training, commissioning and timely handover
    • Availability of Implementation schedule and project planning meeting minutes

    Salary 30,000-35,000Ksh

    SALARY: 20K


    • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of the Restaurant:
    • To offer quality food, drinks, service and ambience to our clients.
    • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
    • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.
    • Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customer
    • Decorate pastries using different icings; toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
    • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
    • Maintaining the highest professional food quality and hygiene standards throughout the operation
    • Ensure all baking equipment is maintained and cleaned appropriately
    • Help train staff in baking and decorating skills


    • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
    • Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
    • Innovative and creative to come up with different menus
    • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
    • Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
    • Able to work days, evenings and weekends
    • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
    • Excellent basic mathematical skills
    • Able to understand and speak using the predominant language(s) of guests [ English, Swahili and Luhya]
    • Able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift items weighing up to 20kg
    • Great attention to detail and creativity
