    Customer Service Coordinator

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Ensure Effective Project Management for all projects under your coordination
    • Processing timelines for customer LPOs to be achieved
    • Ensure legendary Service delivery to all customers
    • Increase customer service efficiency by ensuring 95 % customer satisfaction
    • Attain highest level of technical accountability and efficient co-ordination
    • Upgrade CSC handling capacity into excellent project managers
    • Increase SLA’s by 70%- Generate 20 SLA’s per month
    • Ensure weekly generation of new leads
    • Cross selling from existing deployments
    • Ensuring same day service on all call-outs by scheduling the requests within 1 hour of the customer’s call;
    • Daily feedback and reporting to Customers on status of their requests upon job scheduling, during implementation and upon completion;
    • Ensure Monthly/Quarterly customer visits (as per SLA agreement) for all SLA Clients;
    • Immediate Escalation of any challenge that may affect prompt quality service delivery to customers

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree in ICT or related and have done project management/ coordination.
    • Project planning, scheduling, execution, onsite training, commissioning and timely handover
    • Availability of Implementation schedule and project planning meeting minutes

    Salary 30,000-35,000Ksh
