    IT Infrastructure Lead

    Role Summary

    • As an IT Infrastructure Lead, you will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of CloudFactory's physical data centre and on-premise network, ensuring high availability and performance of critical infrastructure. You will lead and develop a small infrastructure team, manage the infrastructure budget, and govern domain, DNS, disaster recovery, and compliance programs across the infrastructure estate.     Responsibilities:

    Infrastructure operations and network management

    • Oversee the design, implementation, and robust ongoing operation of the organization's physical data centre and on-premise network.
    • Ensure high availability and performance of critical on-premise systems.
    • Review and approve major maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure change activities managed by the team.

    Domain, DNS, and Certificate Governance

    • Govern the organization's corporate domain portfolio and enforce domain security standards (DNSSEC, DMARC).
