The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum utilization of the plant operations, managing break downs to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service as per set standards.

Qualifications                                                         

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized technical institution.
• At least three (3) years relevant experience.
• Must be a person who can work with minimum supervision, high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skill
• Should have computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
• Fabrication, welding, plumbing, fitting and lathe operation skills will be an added advantage

The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of quality HDPE, PVC, PPR pipes as per KEBS and ISO standards.

Qualifications                                                        

• Diploma or Advance Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Two (2) years proven working experience as an Extruder Machine Operator.
• Should have computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
• Must be a person who can work with minimum supervision, high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skill

Are you qualified and enthusiastic? Doshi Water is seeking to recruit you for   the position of a Production Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes. He / She will further ensure that all staff within the Production Department comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.

Qualifications                                                         

• BSc / BEng / BTech or Advanced / Higher Diploma in an Engineering option.
• Minimum Three (3) years proven working experience as Production Supervisor.
• Should have computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Key skills; Extruder mc in-depth knowledge with mc settings, troubleshooting capabilities, manpower planning, production plan implementation and training skills.
