    Retail Sales Representative

    We are looking to recruit a Retail Sales Representative – Professional Pest Management who will be responsible for developing and delivering sustainable sales growth of the Professional Pest Management (PPM) portfolio within the designated sales area.

    The key responsibilities will be: 

    • Support the Sales & Operation Planning process by delivering accurate and timely sales forecast and sales plan for Sales Area.
    • Implement sales execution actions to gain maximum market share within the designated sales area.
    • Analyze market opportunities, develop and present creative proposals.
    • Develop trust as well as a solid and collaborative working relationship with retail channel partners, market influencers and other industry stakeholders.
    • Presentation of products information and promotional materials.
    • Achieve/exceed quarterly and yearly revenue objectives delivered by robust sales activity plans.
    • Properly steward product portfolio by making sound recommendations to end users.
    • Collaborate with the Technical Manager and the Marketing Manager to implement technical support activities and marketing campaign plans.
    • Provide market intelligence and market potential information in the designated sales area.
    • Monitor business performance of retail channel partners and ensure overall business targets are achieved as per the agreed business plan.
    • Follow-up payment collections and ensure on-time payment from the distributors.
    • Prepare and provide weekly reports and sales analysis for business reviews as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Agriculture, horticulture, Public Health or a related field.
    • 2+ years in field experience in sales and good technical understanding.
    • Relevant knowledge of the Professional Pest Management (PPM) market, distribution networks, customers and competitors.
    • Excellent product demonstration experience.
    • Good computer skills (MS. Office).
    • Strong Commercial acumen.
    • Good professional ethics and compliance with the relevant laws and policies.
    • Experience in riding a motorbike with the valid riding license.
    • Experience and understanding the Mt. Kenya region.

    Our client, a leading micro-lending company, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Credit Collections Representatives to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining positive relationships with customers. Your primary objective will be to engage customers who have outstanding balances, negotiate payment solutions and help them resolve their debts effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact customers with overdue accounts to communicate outstanding balances, set payment deadlines and establish feasible payment plans.
    • Build trust and rapport with customers to encourage timely repayments and minimize future payment issues.
    • Send past-due notices, track address and contact information updates and maintain accurate customer records.
    • Investigate and resolve customer concerns or disputes regarding their accounts.
    • Provide professional guidance to customers on repayment options while adhering to company policies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum KCSE Certificate.

    Sales Representative Internship

    The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships and ensuring brand visibility within assigned accounts. This role involves engaging with pharmacy partners, promoting LDB products and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed business targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Visit assigned customers to develop and expand LDB sales in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
    • Secure and process orders to achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Increase brand awareness, generate sales, and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Identify potential business opportunities and onboard new points of sale in alignment with LDB distribution guidelines.

    Trade & Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute strategic trade plans with key pharmacy partners to drive growth and market penetration.
    • Create clear, measurable business plans with defined KPIs to track success.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to refine sales strategies and maximize ROI.
    • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales performance.

    Reporting & Administration:

    • Plan and organize pharmacy visits for maximum efficiency and impact.
    • Prepare detailed qualitative and quantitative sales reports to track progress and inform strategic decisions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field e.g. biological sciences, pharmacy, nursing, health sciences or a related field.
    • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales within Nairobi desirable (at least 1 year)
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions
    • Ability to provide clear insight and recommendation to management
