What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years’ hands-on experience servicing and repairing computerized industrial embroidery machines
• Proven ZSK machine experience is highly preferred
• Experience with multi-head industrial embroidery machines
• Strong mechanical, electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of machine timing, tension, trimming systems, hooks, needles, sensors and drives
• Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance is an added advantage
• ZSK training/certification or experience with ZSK Racer machines is an added advantage

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations or related field preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in store or operations management
• Previous team supervision experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control
• Excellent organisational, numerical and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP or inventory-management systems is an added advantage
