    Marketing Graduate Trainee

    We are seeking one graduate trainee to join our marketing team and work primarily in digital marketing to support our company’s efforts to build its brand. This position is for those who enjoy producing content with a purpose; writing social media posts, blogs, one-pagers, whitepapers, etc. that will leave your audience wanting more; if you can readily translate technical content into business solutions for a CEO, and HR manager; or a CIO and if you are interested in setting and running Google Ads, this role is for you.

    Key Tasks and Role

    •  Participate in the development and execution of the organization’s annual digital marketing plan including Google Ads, SEO, social media, and display/retargeting ads.
    • Create a thematic social media calendar for Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn, and Twitter that aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborating with other teams to create engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organization’s online brand. This will include writing blogs, one-pagers, and whitepapers and uploading them to the website.
    • Work with the broader marketing team to implement strategies to drive traffic to the organization’s website including SEO and Google Ads.
    • Help the marketing team create email copy, design email templates and conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and deliverability.
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities to improve our email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media programs
    • Manage the end-to-end merchandise requisition process including requisition, stock checking, sourcing vendors, negotiating terms, and order and delivery assessment.
    • Any other duties that might be assigned to you by your line manager

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Ability to write copy that can be used on our preferred communication channels.
    • Interest and some working experience in digital marketing particularly Google Analytics and Google Ads
    • Knowledge of  SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Ability to use graphic design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop or Canva
    • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Education & Professional Qualification

    • Should have completed all course work for their Bachelor’s Degree in BCom, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
    • Should NOT have graduated more than 1 year ago.
    • Strong ability to multitask and meet objectives with minimal supervision.
    • Being keen to work or having previously worked in a supportive environment is a great plus.

    Cloud and Engineering Graduate Trainees - 4 Positions

    We are looking for 4 Graduate trainees to work with our cloud and engineering team in both customer support-facing situations and building simple yet important technical web-based solutions.

    Key Tasks and Role

    • Act as the first point of contact for all user support issues.
    • Triage incoming support issues, investigate solutions, or escalate according to agreed service levels
    • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve issue resolution
    • Maintain an appropriate level of product knowledge through continuing learning
    • Collaborate with the cloud team to continuously update training resources. 
    • Identify areas and opportunities for end-user training and capacity building.
    • Assist the Cloud Engineers in deployment projects and user training activities.
    • Work with both customers and cloud engineers to scope and build simple web-based technical solutions using Google App Scripts; PHP/Python/Java or any language one is familiar with.

    • Must have a good understanding of web tech stacks: HTML/CSS and frameworks: bootstrap/Django/ etc

    Business Development Manager – SAP Cloud

    As the head of SAP  Sales and Growth, you will; directly or indirectly,  help identify leads, offer proposals to new clients, and build relationships with customers and co-workers alike.  It will be your responsibility to find enough prospects, deliver effective pitching and build the company’s customer list and ultimately grow revenue as per your set targets. In sales lingo, you will “move people from the top of the sales funnel to the bottom – that is – being a signed customer.” Business development is crucial to the growth of this organization.

    Key Tasks and Roles

    • Take full ownership of the SAP sales & growth team outcomes we’re responsible for. Knowing what we intend to achieve as an organization as a whole is where you start and then break it down into smaller pieces and build strategies and plans on how to deliver this in the short, medium, and long term.
    • Define SAP Sales & Growth inputs for the team:  Our job is not to be moral cops but to deliver revenue and growth for the organization’s survival and growth and this is where you will firmly assert your influence. Define the inputs the team will need to put in place to actually deliver this.  Not wishful thinking. research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Direct Sales experience, preferably within the area of IT consulting or cloud computing
    • Experience in managing complex enterprise deals (product + services desirable)
    • Be an accomplished sales and marketing professional with a high level of initiative and vision, commercial acumen, strategic skill with the ability to drive sales and add value to a successful business.
    • An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion.
    • Proposal development, negotiate to close, deal shaping and business case development.
    • Excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
    • At Least 5 years relevant sales experience in the tech industry.

    Education & Professional Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Commerce, BBIT, IT or a related field

    Finance and Operations Manager

    As our Finance and Operations Lead, you will look after the company’s financial health and operations. You will advise the CEO and COO about the financial implications of business decisions, are responsible for the general administrative operations of the organization as well as inform and influence decisions using financial data. 

    Your duties include but are not limited to preparing reports, budgets, commentaries, and financial statements, undertaking financial administration, internal audits, and general operational administration of the organization. Preparing financial reports from multiple data points would be critical to this role. It is important you have experience in creating reports and insights

    Key Tasks and Roles

    • Lead the Finance Function at Pawa IT Solutions Ltd.
    • Maintain the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of ledgers and all supporting documentation and compliance with internal and legal finance regulations.
    • Prepare internal financial and management reports and insights 
    • Ensure the implementation of internal controls, finance policies, systems, and procedures conform to the minimum and mandatory financial standards
    • Being a Critical point of contact with our customers; building a relationship that helps with efficient and timely collection of Accounts Receivables.
    • Maintain and manage healthy cash flows efficiency checks and improving on our Days payable outstanding (DPO) and our Accounts receivable turnover ratios
    • Work closely with the CEO in the preparation of the business plan and operational budgets; 
    • Develop and maintain effective office routines such as payroll, leave, and time off, utility management such as the internet, power, staff lunch, etc.
    • Responsible for scale procurement of services from reputable vendors ensuring compliance, value, and quality.
    • Managing the finance and administration executive.
    • Ensure adherence with local statutory financial compliance requirements, including vendor tax withholdings, tax filings, etc.
    • Overseeing general operations and administration of the organization with support from the finance and administration executive.
    • HR Administrative support with guidance from the COO.

    Education & Professional Qualification

    • BS/BA /BCom in a Business or related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years Experience in Accounts and Finance; preference in Management Accounting; in a Service-based environment would be ideal.
    • Experience in the human use of accounting systems QuickBooks/Xero/SAP or related.
    • Experience working in technology or financial services is desirable.
    • Experience in preparing reports and insights from multiple data sources.
    • Proficiency levels in Spreadsheet tools like analysis, reports, and pivot tables.
