    Human Resource Intern

    The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department with day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks, with a strong focus on attendance tracking, data entry, and employee records management. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months’ HR experience looking to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced operational and project-based work environment.

    Job Description

    • Attendance & Workforce Data Management
    • Capture and update daily attendance records for site, sales, and support staff
    • Track working hours, overtime, leave, and absences accurately
    • Prepare attendance summaries and reports for payroll processing
    • Follow up with supervisors on missing or inconsistent attendance data
    • HR Data Entry & Records Management
    • Enter and update employee information in HR systems and trackers
    • Maintain accurate and well-organized personnel files (physical and digital)
    • File contracts, IDs, academic certificates, and statutory documents
    • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information
    • Recruitment & Onboarding Support
    • Assist with shortlisting CVs and scheduling interviews
    • Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
    • Support employee induction processes, including attendance on first day
    • Update recruitment trackers and employee master lists
    • Payroll & HR Administration Support
    • Assist in compiling HR data required for payroll
    • Support preparation of HR reports (headcount, attendance, leave)
    • Assist with preparation of HR letters (confirmation, warning, leave approvals)
    • Employee Relations & HR Operations
    • Support HR team in handling basic employee queries
    • Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to staff
    • Liaise with supervisors on attendance and HR-related follow-ups
    • Compliance, Safety & General Support
    • Assist in coordinating medical tests, site inductions, and safety documentation
    • Support HR during audits, inspections, and compliance checks
    • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • Fresh graduates or up to 6 months’ HR experience encouraged to apply
    • Exposure to an operational, construction, manufacturing, or project-based environment is an added advantage

    Sales Executive – Integrated Systems (Software & Hardware)

    The Sales Executive will be responsible for aggressively driving sales and revenue growth through the promotion, sale, and deployment of integrated software and hardware systems. The role requires a hunter-mindset professional who can independently prospect, close deals, and ensure successful installation and client handover in collaboration with technical teams.

    Job Description

    Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for integrated systems solutions
    • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company guidelines

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
    • Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate software and hardware solutions
    • Handle objections professionally and negotiate commercially sound agreements
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account retention

    Installation, Deployment & Implementation Support

    • Coordinate the installation, configuration, and commissioning of sold software and hardware systems
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the technical/installation team
    • Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess requirements and system readiness
    • Ensure installations are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards
    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system handover to clients
    • Provide basic user orientation and post-installation follow-up support where required
    • Escalate technical or operational issues promptly to ensure timely resolution

    Market Intelligence & Business Development

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, pricing, and product improvements
    • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities

    Reporting & Administration

    • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records
    • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
    • Ensure all sales documentation and handover records are complete and compliant

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales of software, hardware, or integrated systems
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
    • Experience working with technical or installation teams is an added advantage

    Head of Sales

    • The head of sales will spearhead the sales department through critical elements of setting sales team goals, forecasting sales, planning sales itinerary, and reporting on day-to-day sales progress. The head of sales will set strategies on growing the current customer base towards propelling the business for growth.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytic tools.
    • 5+ years in FMCG sales, with at least 3-4 years in management level.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and performance.
    • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
