    Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

    • SRC is seeking an outstanding and passionate MONITORING & EVALUATION MANAGER Are you an M&E expert with a passion for driving impact through data-driven decision-making? Do you have a strong track record in designing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation systems?
    • SRC is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager in our Nairobi office to lead the development of strategic MEL frameworks, enhance project performance tracking, and ensure alignment with SRC's corporate strategy and donor requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic M&E Leadership - Develop and oversee the implementation of SRC's M&E framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
    • Data Management & Analysis - Design data collection tools, oversee impact evaluations, and ensure high data quality and reliability.
    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Lead baseline, midline, and end-line evaluations, ensuring data-driven insights for program improvement.
    • Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with donors, consortium partners, and internal teams to align M&E practices and reporting standards.
    • Capacity Building & Knowledge Management - Train staff on M&E frameworks, develop learning mechanisms, and document best practices.
    • Team & Budget Management - Supervise M&E teams, manage budgets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
    • Data Visualization & Reporting - Utilize tools like Power BI and Tableau to present program insights effectively.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in M&E roles, including managerial responsibilities in a development or NGO setting.
    • Professional certification in M&E, Data Analytics, or MEL frameworks (e.g., Results-Based Monitoring).
    • Strong quantitative & qualitative research skills, with expertise in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or STATA.
    • Proven ability to design and implement M&E frameworks that enhance project impact.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in stakeholder engagement, donor reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
