    Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all Marketing and Social Media
    • Execute a preset Marketing Communication plan
    • Develop a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online
    • Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts inline with CocoLili’s brand identity to increase brand presence
    • Liaise with the Creative and Managing directors to develop marketing and social media timelines
    • Assist with Marketing and PR campaigns
    • Find opportunities for Pop-Ups and Collaborations
    • General tasks

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field or Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience
    • Proven record designing and executing successful marketing or social media campaigns
    • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
    • Web and Computer Software Proficiency
    • Proofreading and Editing Skills
    • Punctuality, reliability and enthusiasm
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail oriented
    • Good at multitasking
    • Interpersonal Skills,
    • Strong Verbal, Written Communication, Problem solving and Customer Service Skills
    • Ability to think creatively, innovatively and a willingness to try new things
    • Must be a person of integrity
    • Ability to work independently
    • Must be a self starter and highly motivated
    • Minimum commitment 24-32 hours per week -Schedule is flexible

    Fashion Design Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in initial research for collections (colorways, silhouettes, themes etc.)
    • Help source fabrics and trimmings
    • Follow up on pattern and sample development
    • Assist with print development and special projects
    • Develop technical flats and spec sheets and tech packs
    • Help pack, ship, hang and care for garments
    • Assist with quality control check and double checking inventory
    • Help maintain production timeline
    • Additional duties as needed

    Requirements:

    • Degree or certificate in Fashion Design or previous experience in the garment industry
    • A good understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Good understanding of draping, pattern-making and construction
    • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
    • Punctuality, reliability and enthusiasm
    • Detail oriented
    • Good at multitasking
    • Organized and focused
    • Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills
    • Minimum commitment 2-3 days per week -Schedule is flexible

    Store Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
    • Develop business strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability
    • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
    • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
    • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
    • Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
    • Deal with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
