    Chauffeur/Driver

    Job purpose: 

    • To serve the office of the Chief Executive (CE) or Regional Chief Executive (RCE) by transporting and collecting the CE or RCE or VIP guests to and from their destinations.

    Job function:

    • Transport the CE, RCE or VIP guests to and from their destinations ensuring they are comfortable throughout the journey.
    • Stay informed on the latest schedule by regularly liaising with the Executive Assistant to determine when and where the CE, RCE or VIP guests are to be collected in order to enable positive client experience.
    • Maintain courtesy and professionalism when engaging with the CE, RCE or VIP guests to understand their needs, handling any grievances in a professional manner and providing them with appropriate suggestions.
    • Promote a high degree of client service by opening and/or closing the door and greeting the CE, RCE or VIP guests in a polite and courteous manner, assisting them to load and unload their possessions, adjusting the air temperature in the vehicle as per their unique requirements.
    • Apply adequate planning for trips by checking traffic updates before starting the journey, using navigation tools to find the fastest route and checking weather reports for a hassle-free journey to ensure that the CE, RCE or VIP guests are collected and
    • dropped off at their destinations in a timely manner.
    • Practice safe driving at all times by abiding to all road safety standards, traffic rules and regulations conforming to the Bank\'s duty of care.
    • Ensure the vehicle is in pristine and excellent working order by maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior, checking fuel tank adequately filled, monitoring that car tires have required air quantity and fixing minor issues.
    • Complete collections and deliveries of parcels or documents on behalf of the Office of the CE or the RCE where required.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when collecting or delivering individuals or documentation.
    • Promote vehicle safety by conducting vehicle inspections, performing minor vehicle maintenance and ensuring that the vehicle is taken for servicing and repairs.
    • Conduct all job duties in accordance with standard operating procedure and all safety protocols in order to meet expectations and management agreement.
    • Participate in any relevant training and courses to stay abreast of developments in the transport industry.
    • Report any incidents or accidents to the management immediately.

    Education:

    • Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric

    Work Experience:

    • 5 -7 years in a similar position.
    • Excellent professional driving experience with the ability to read maps and plan driving routes.
    • Excellent driving record.
    • Valid Driver\'s Licence is required.
    • Defensive Driving.

    Technical Competencies:

    • Verbal Communication: The ability to use language in a business context to clearly express ideas and transfer concepts to others.

    Head of Foundation

    Job Purpose:

    • The Head of Foundation will provide strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for the Foundation. The role is responsible for driving the Foundation’s mission, strengthening its reputation, expanding its impact, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

    Job Functions:

    • Design, implement, and refine community programs—often focused on social inclusion, youth engagement, or education depending on context.
    • Advise the Board on strategic opportunities, emerging trends, and philanthropic best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
    • Review and ensure alignment of the programme priorities, to the strategy of the Foundation.
    • Support the Chief Executive to lead the development of both strategic and operational plans in accordance with the Foundation Strategic Plan.
    • Develop and managing relationships within the partners that collaborate with the Foundation on programmes.
    • Ensure that funded projects deliver measurable impact aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
    • Represent the foundation at events, conferences, and in public forums to raise visibility and credibility.
    • Identify innovative approaches to maximize the Foundation’s contribution to communities.
    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with partners, corporate sponsors, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
    • Support Programme Managers in strengthening our relationships with relevant external stakeholders to obtain on the ground intelligence which guides the design of the thematic focus area programmes for the Foundation. This includes but is not limited to the Department of Basic Education, Higher Education, Social Development and other civil society organisations.

    Qualifications:

    • Post Graduate Degree Social Sciences is preferred.
    • Master’s degree Social Sciences is preferred.
    • 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong knowledge in managing project budgets, managing funding from a diversity of sources including governments and aid agencies, private sector partners.
    • Proven experience of working with government and research institutes.Experience in working in NGO’s, charitable foundation or small or medium business.
    • Proven track record in senior leadership within the non-profit, philanthropic, corporate social responsibility, or public sector.
    • Sound and up to date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated understanding of development issues.
    • Sound knowledge in the political, social and economic and historic environment.
    • Understanding the project cycle management
    • Excellent understanding of development partnerships, partner strategies governmental and international relations.
    • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building.
    • Deep understanding of philanthropy, social impact measurement, and community development.
