    Brand Manager

    • We're looking for a brand builder and consumer champion to help shape the future of our brands in Kenya. As Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving how our products show up in the market.
    • This role isn't about sitting behind a desk writing briefs. it's about turning insights into action, launches into success stories, and campaigns into conversations that matter.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Brand & Strategy
    • Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Translate consumer, trade, and competitor insights into actionable strategies. Champion and embed the brand purpose in all communication and engagements.

    • Drive the end-to-end process for innovation and renovation, ensuring relevance and speed to market.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG brand management
    • Proven success in managing brands in Kenya and launching/relaunching products.
    • Strong commercial acumen with ability to link brand activity to sales and profitability.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and consumer engagement in Kenya.
    • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Customer Service Executive (PC) - Thika Processing Plant

    About the Role.

    • The role holder will deliver Simple, memorable, and efficient customer experience by efficiently managing customer orders from initiation to fulfillment. The role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.

    The Job responsibilities.

    • Order Management which includes Order Fulfilment Coordination (On Time in Full ErrorFree).
    • Customer Communication during and after the Lead time.
    • Monitor and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence.
    • Process Optimization
    • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance productivity by developing SOP's where needed.

    Hatchery Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    • Ensure all machines/equipment are running optimally and regularly serviced and repaired, monitoring utilities consumption, maintaining minimum stock levels, planning and execution of preventive maintenance, duty allocation and hatching day-old chicks as per breed standards through best practises in incubation management.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Planning and execution of a preventive maintenance schedule ensuring all hatchery machines/equipment are serviced as per schedule and running optimally, with a target mean time between failures of 3 months
    • Incubation management-monitoring, recording, profiling and calibration ensuring 100% hatch to breed standard
    • Utilities monitoring-ensuring minimal wastage of water, power, and fuel through regular monitoring of utilities usage and taking corrective actions immediately
    • Planning and overseeing premise, and compound facilities (electric fence, manholes and septic tanks etc)
    • Spares inventory-control ordering and usage of spares, ensuring a minimum stock level is maintained
    • Training, coaching and motivating maintenance personnel
    • Budget and implement maintenance section's budget
    • Compliance-ensuring compliance to local/national regulatory requirements

    CANDIDATES PROFILE:

    • A bachelor's degree in electrical or Mechatronics engineering. An Electrical Diploma with experience is ALSO acceptable.
    • At least 3 years' experience in a production environment
    • Knowledge of incubation management is desirable and an added advantage
    • Experience in a Hatchery operations is desirable and an added advantage
    • Must have worked with teams and demonstrated leadership ability.

    • The role is responsible for managing sales and actively managing client relationships in a sustainable manner in the market in a manner that ensures the Kenchic brand remains strong, and value is continuously delivered to the customer. The role holder acts as the link between Kenchic and its customers, creating and maintaining a positive business relationship.

    Key Tasks

    • Maximize the company's profit potential by developing and implementing
    • a robust territory trade marketing plan to fulfill maximum demand
    • pressure in the area covered.
    • Maintain a pleasant and profitable client relationship through active debt management on behalf of Kenchic in accordance with the customer-Kenchic agreement.
    • Increase product coverage and availability throughout the covered area by managing the distribution of Kenchic products across the market.
    • Contribute to the growth of the company by planning and executing initiatives targeted at recruiting and onboarding new accounts.
    • Facilitate an excellent customer service experience for existing clientele by monitoring, managing and responding to customer complaints and queries including handling product returns.
