    Territory Sales Manager - Packaging and Labels Industry

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our client in the Packaging and Labels industry is seeking a territory sales manager. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you are responsible for leading and driving sales engagements.

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyse the territory/ market potential and develop strategies to maximize revenue potential.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
    • Supervise and lead a field sales team as well as set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to drive results across the territory. 
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term revenue growth. 
    • Create, manage, and improve sales regions across multiple territories to ensure effective coverage and efficient use of sales resources. 
    • Develop and implement sales strategies that match business goals with the aim of growing market share and meeting territory sales targets.
    • Ensure proper visibility and availability of products in the assigned territory.
    • Provide reports as required, give feedback on market intelligence and competition.
    • Ensure timely and proper execution of sales activities with the designated territory.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional strategies, and product launches.
    • Analyse sales reports and data to derive insights for improving territory performance, product offerings and team performance.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    • Make use of sales technologies and tools to improve the sales process.
    • Oversee daily operations of the sales and customer service functions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
    • Implement and optimize sales management systems, CRMs, and reporting tools to improve team productivity and decision-making.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports to senior management.
    • Any other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
    • 6 - 8 years’ experience in sales; preferably in the packaging and labels industry or a related field.
    • Proven track record of managing teams and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in customer experience tools, CRM software and data analytics software.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Chief Finance Officer

    Role Summary:
    The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership and direction across all accounting, finance, planning, risk, and compliance functions. This role requires a senior finance executive who can lead robust financial strategies, elevate performance across finance operations, partner on business decisions including general management responsibilities, and support sustainable growth in complex project environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Financial Leadership

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate goals and long-term business planning.
    • Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations to the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors to influence decision-making.
    • Champion financial transformation initiatives, including process optimization, system integration, and performance metrics.
    • Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling with accurate cash flow and cost management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
    • Oversee preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports compliant with IFRS and statutory requirements.
    • Evaluate financial performance, project costing, and job profitability; recommend corrective actions where necessary.
    • Ensure robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with tax, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
    • Lead internal control evaluations and coordinate external audits, statutory audits, and financial risk assessments.
    • Manage treasury functions including cash flow optimization, working capital management, banking relationships, and credit facilities relevant to contract financing.
    • Support capital structuring, project finance negotiations, and funding strategies to support expansion and execution of construction contracts.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the finance and accounting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Collaborate closely with operations, commercial, procurement, and contract management teams to embed financial discipline business-wide.
    • Act as a strategic business partner across departments to provide advisory support on major initiatives, operational improvements, and investment decisions.
    • Participate in executive and strategic planning forums, representing finance in cross-functional decision-making.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). 
    • Professional accounting qualification required (CPA (K), ACCA, CA or equivalent). 
    • Minimum of 10–12 years of progressively responsible finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior financial leadership/CFO roles, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based industries. 
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, project accounting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting. 
    • Demonstrated experience in financial control across complex operations, risk management, and strategic planning. 
    • Experience leading finance teams and partnering with senior business leaders to influence strategy and performance.
