Key responsibilities:

• Post Suppliers invoices in the accounts
• Monitor stock transactions to ensure accurate records
• Maintain custody of stock related financial documents for reference
• Cost imports
• Reconcile stock in transit account
• Coordinate and facilitate annual stock take

Job requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, or a business related course with a CPA III Certification
• Functional skills: Communication skills, Numeracy skills, Analytical skills, Organisational skills
• Behavioural competencies and attitude: Interpersonal relations, Integrity, selfdriven
• Work experience: At least 5 years’ of experience with 3 years in accounting.

Job Description/Requirements

Reporting to Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspecting all inbound consignment against set specifications
• Investigating quality complaints and recommending appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Assessing prequalification samples against respective specifications for medical devices & Equipment
• Maintaining an appropriate records management and archiving system in the section
• Coordinating monthly sampling and testing of medical devices & equipment from MEDS warehouse
• Housekeeping, including monitoring of environmental conditions

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing
• Functional skills: Knowledge of GMP and GDP standards Communication skills, Report writing skills, Organisational skills
• Behavioural competencies and attitude: Interpersonal relations, Integrity, selfdriven, Detail-oriented
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience with medical devices & equipment
