    Responsibilities

    • Scrap: Prepare scrap list of components that cannot be reused or reworked.

    Supplier Management

    • Problem Solving: Assist Supplier Quality Engineer in executing root cause analyses and action plans of quality issues.
    • Quality Spills: Assist in investigation of quality spill through root cause analyses, formal reporting & implementation of counter measures.

    Academic & Professional Qualifications

    • Certificate in Automotive Engineering – Electrical or any other relevant field

    Functional Knowledge & Skills

    • At least 5 years practical experience in auto-electrical repair in the formal vehicle repair environment at a well-established branded motor vehicle dealership
    • Ability to read, interpret and follow work instructions
    • Attention to detail is paramount

    • Fluency in written and spoken English & Swahili
    • Be a good listener
    • Good communication skills
    • Interpersonal skills
    • A committed team player
    • Must be able to work with little supervision
