    Network Engineer

    The Network Engineer will be responsible for providing second level support for network incidents, providing support for the Global Infrastructure team, managing existing network infrastructure and implementing new network solutions to include troubleshooting and security management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Build, operate and optimize the Krones Group global network (LAN and WAN).
    • Deploy, enhance and modify network configurations, including Cisco and Palo Alto Networks architectures and designs, as required by business needs.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, compute, storage, database, both on-premises and public cloud infrastructures.
    • Handle support tickets and provide user support for network-related issues.
    • Perform software updates and regular maintenance within the global network infrastructure.
    • Manage the life cycle of network hardware, including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
    • Manage network security for the Krones Group, including firewalls, web applications firewalls, and other security measures.
    • Create and maintain documentation and configuration management databases.
    • Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a global team.
    • Collaborate with external suppliers and Internet Service Providers.
    • Participate in on-call rotations and shift work, to ensure 24/7 network support and availability.

    Job Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a network engineering role, for a medium to large-sized company.
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications.
    • Hands-on experience with major network products, such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and other mainstream vendors.
    • Intermediate knowledge of SD-WAN and SASE concepts.
    • Knowledge of standard network protocols such as TCP/UDP, TLS, IPv4/IPv6, DNS,DHCP or SNMP.
    • Proficient understanding of NAC concepts (IEEE 802.1X, Cisco ISE)
    • Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Willingness to work a flexible work schedule.
    • Self-motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Relevant industry certifications, such as ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft IT Support, CCNA, PCNSA, and/or similar certifications, are desirable.

    BPMN Developer (Business Process Modelling & Notation)

    We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented BPMN Developers to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, configuring and supporting workflows using NewGen's BPM platform. You will work closely with business, product and IT Teams to deliver automated, efficient and scalable process flows across various banking operations, especially in lending, account opening and service domains.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop, configure, and maintain workflow applications on the Newgen platform.
    • Design and implement process maps, form designs, business rules, and integrations based on business requirements.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and functional leads to convert process documentation into automated digital workflows.
    • Integrate Newgen workflows with third-party systems such as LOS, LMS, CBS, document management systems, CRM, and APIs.
    • Troubleshoot workflow issues and support enhancements and performance tuning.
    • Work on user access control, version management, testing, and deployment within Newgen environments.
    • Document solution designs, process flows, technical specifications, and test cases.
    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollout activities.

    Job Requirements

    • 3 years of experience in software development, with minimum 2+ years in Newgen development.

    Strong working knowledge of:

    • Newgen workflow development
    • DMS
    • Workflow form designing, scripting, and rules configuration.
    • Experience in web services integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party system interfacing.
    • Good understanding of business process management (BPMN) concepts and automation best practices.
    • Familiarity with SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server) for queries and backend integration.
    • Exposure to banking processes (especially lending, onboarding, KYC, service requests) is highly preferred.
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
    • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team with minimal supervision and strong documentation practices.

    Job Qualifications

    • Extensive experience in iOS app development, with a strong command of Swift programming language.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining iOS applications with complex features.
    • Exceptional understanding of software development methodologies, architectural design, and best practices.
    • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a development team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and usability best practices.
