    Graphic Designer

    About the position

    The role is for a creative print designer to ideate and execute print designs for a variety of applications. As a print designer, you will collaborate with the design team, create digital graphic design mock-ups. and assist in overseeing the final printing process. To ensure success as a print designer, you should have a good understanding of color calibration and technical printing standards. A skilled print designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create designs for a variety of printed mediums.

The role entails managing day-to-day responsibilities duties that support your team accordingly to meet their objectives, as well as planning & organizing, ensuring that all the trackers are updated on a daily basis, inspiring the team while holding them accountable.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating design team to define design briefs and requirements.
    • Work closely with the digital team lead and trend researcher to propose print options and colorways.
    • Assist in implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing.
    • Assist in reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
    • Overseeing the printing process to ensure color quality and consistency.
    • Assist in keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.
    • Perform other duties as assigned and apparent.

    Trend Researcher

    About the position

    We’re looking for a content Colour and style Trend Forecaster to join our Design Department and become an integral part of our content function.

    The Trend Researcher is responsible for identifying new trends through extensive research to guide Vivo brand collections. The Colour and style Trend Forecaster will have a proven experience and a deep understanding of multiple industries in Fashion Design. Led by the Design team lead you will come up with mood boards to guide new collections.

    We are looking for a curious, intelligent, and forward-thinking individual to provide world class trend research for our advisory service. Ensuring delivery of the highest quality research, they should constantly be striving to deliver high quality, insightful analysis on trending styles, prints, colours and silhouettes.

    Vivo is a growing business and this is a very important role that requires attention to detail, good coordination skills with other departments and hands-on work. You will need to bring a proactive, energetic, and engaging style to stay ahead of the various challenges. The role entails you making sure that everything is properly input into the different systems.

    Professional/Academic Background

    • Diploma /Degree required (fashion degree is an added advantage)
    • Has great style and has an eye for fashion (fashion blogger is an added advantage)

    • Excellent judgement at gauging trend curve for pre-peak, peak and post peak items and how it relates to all the brands.

    Brand Marketing Manager

    About the position

    The Brand Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will be primarily responsible for Brand Customer Acquisition, Brand Love and Brand Community Engagement, ensuring that our marketing and advertising efforts align for success across these objectives. The role requires a combination of strong marketing, branding, advertising and community engagement skills. You will take ownership of the brand and customer interface via social media, the brand website, newsletters, SMSs and all other marketing offerings & events. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating marketing plans and developing strategic partnerships.

    • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
    • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
    • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
