• Served in grade Pharmaceutical Technologist II for at least 3 years
• Bachelors in either Environmental Health Science or Public Health Inspection from a recognized Institution;
• Certificate of Health from the association of Public Health Officer
• Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution
• Certificate in senior management course lasting not less than 4 weeks from a recognized institution and
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
