    Cybersecurity Architect (Pre-Sales & Solutioning)

    We are seeking a Cybersecurity Architect with strong pre-sales and solutioning experience to support enterprise clients globally and specifically across Africa. The role focuses on designing and presenting end-to-end cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements and SLAs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead cybersecurity solution design during pre-sales engagements
    • Support RFPs, client discussions, and technical presentations
    • Design secure architectures across cloud, network, IAM, and SOC domains
    • Act as a technical advisor for financial services, telecom, health-tech and FMCG clients

    Required Skills

    • 3+ years in cybersecurity architecture / solutioning
    • Strong pre-sales / consulting background
    • Experience with Google Security Operations (Chronicle) OR Mandiant (Google Security Platform),
    • Cloud security expertise (GCP preferred)
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Advanced cybersecurity certifications

    Accountant

    The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with Kenyan statutory requirements, and supporting budgeting and audit processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accounting & Financial Operations

    • Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with IFRS and company policies
    • Record and reconcile general ledger entries, bank statements, and intercompany transactions
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections

    Statutory Compliance (Kenya)

    • Prepare and file PAYE, VAT, and Withholding Tax returns with KRA
    • Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax laws and regulations
    • Coordinate statutory deductions (NSSF, NHIF) and payroll reconciliations
    • Support internal and external audits and respond to audit queries

    Budgeting & Controls

    • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
    • Monitor expenses and ensure cost controls
    • Support cash flow planning and forecasting

    Coordination & Support

    • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
    • Support management with financial analysis and reports as required
    • Maintain proper financial documentation and records

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent qualification (preferred or in progress)
    • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory requirements
    • Experience working with accounting software (Odoo)

    Sales Executive

    • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive (2-5 years experience) to convert marketing leads, drive LinkedIn outreach, and secure projects via Upwork and similar platforms. This role serves global clients, with a strong focus on the US & UK markets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Convert qualified marketing leads into paying clients.
    • Drive sales through LinkedIn outreach & Sales Navigator.
    • Win projects on Upwork and freelancing platforms.
    • Handle client discovery, negotiation, and deal closure.
    • Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
    • Work closely with the marketing team for better conversions.

    Requirements

    • 2-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
    • Strong LinkedIn sales experience (mandatory).
    • Upwork / freelancing platform experience (highly preferred).
    • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
    • Target-driven, self-motivated & disciplined.
    • Willing to work from the Nairobi office with global teams.
