    Driver (Electronics & Home Appliances), Transport

    Key Responsibilities 

    Delivery & Customer Handling 

    • Deliver appliances and goods to customer locations safely and professionally. 
    • Provide courteous communication and assist customers during offloading. 
    • Ensure all deliveries follow accurate instructions, locations, and schedules. 

    Logistics Coordination & Branch Movements 

    • Transport items between branches, workshops, suppliers, and technicians. 
    • Support movement of stock, repair items, and spare parts as assigned. 
    • Coordinate tasks with the Manager and Store personnel. 

    Vehicle Safety & Basic Maintenance 

    • Conduct daily checks for tyres, brakes, lights, fuel, and cleanliness. 
    • Report mechanical issues immediately for timely repair. 
    • Maintain vehicle safety, hygiene, and organization at all times. 

    Documentation & Reporting 

    • Maintain delivery logs, mileage records, customer signatures, and route sheets. 
    • Submit daily movement reports to the Manager. 
    • Ensure accuracy in documenting completed and pending deliveries. 

    Operational Support 

    • Assist during loading and offloading to minimize damages. 
    • Support urgent or unscheduled delivery requests. 
    • Carry out office errands and operational duties when required.

    Qualifications 

    • Valid BCE driving license. 
    • Excellent knowledge of Nairobi routes and traffic patterns. 
    • Ability to use a smartphone for GPS, communication, and delivery coordination. 
    • Minimum 2 years’ driving experience, ideally in deliveries or logistics. 
    • Good communication, reliability, and customer service skills.

    Salesperson (Electronics & Home Appliances), Sales

    • The salesperson is expected to uphold high levels of energy, customer focus, accuracy, and discipline while supporting the overall sales and operational goals of the business. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    Customer Service & Sales Execution 

    • Engage walk-in customers, understand needs, recommend suitable products. 
    • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and comparative value. 
    • Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions. 

    Digital Marketing & Online Engagement 

    • Create product photos, videos, and social media posts to drive visibility. 
    • Manage WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram enquiries. 
    • Convert online leads into sales and track conversions daily. 

    Retail Floor Management 

    • Arrange products neatly and maintain accurate price displays. 
    • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and report trends. 
    • Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation at all times. 

    Sales Documentation & Cash Handling 

    • Prepare sales receipts, update daily sales log, and hand over reports. 
    • Support payment confirmation and reconciliation with Finance/Admin. 

    Customer Follow-Up & After-Sales Support 

    • Track pending orders, deliveries, and customer collections. 
    • Provide customers with after-sales advice on usage and maintenance. 

    Inventory & Stock Coordination 

    • Conduct shelf counts, report shortages, and assist in stock rotations. 
    • Receive new stock and ensure proper labeling. 

    Qualifications 

    • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
    • Prior retail sales experience in electronics or household appliances is strongly preferred. 
    • Good understanding of electronic items (TVs, fridges, audio systems, microwaves, cookers, washing machines, etc.) and their basic functions. 
    • Basic content creation skills for photos, videos, and digital marketing. 
    • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills. 
    • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is an added advantage.
