    Channels Sales Lead

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Contribute in determining company’s revenue and planning specific steps, resources and tools that shall be adopted in order to attain the set objective
    • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving set sales targets and guiding the Sales Executive team to work towards a similar course.
    • Map out Company’s potential customers and effectively use the sales team to generate leads for the organization.
    • Undertake brand promotion by popularizing all products amongst consumers.
    • Establishes sales objectives by analyzing previous trends and projecting expected sales volumes for all company clients.
    • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
    • Create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work towards set KPIs for the business
    • Conducting research on market trends to identify new business opportunities and advise management on competitors’ weaknesses.

    • Track the entire field sales team performances, make sure each one is living up to the expectations of the organization. Be on top what the team is doing daily, weekly and monthly. The performers must be encouraged while the non -performers must be dealt with utmost patience and care
    • Training sales staff on product knowledge, sales and communication strategies and helping them close deals.
    • Manage, coach and develop a high performing Sales team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related Field.

    Sales Executive

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
    • Drive and manage the growth of designated sales channels by undertaking continuous customer relationship management and pitching for new business.

    Production Manager - Fabrication

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Prepare production plans for all production activities as per customer orders.
    • Reviewing status of production plan execution to make any necessary adjustments.
    • Coordinating work-in-progress with proper work flow charts on the whiteboards allocated at different production departments and activities to ensure accurate quantities/qualities are produced.
    • Monitoring utilization of raw materials from estimation, requisition, and production ensuring that wastages are minimal if not fully eliminated.
    • Properly plan for on time production of standard/customized items.
    • Actively participating in new product design and development to ensure that customers always have access to ever changing product experience.
    • Ensuring the section heads/supervisors have made shift reports, handed over in a proper manner and reviewing department production reports as provided in various records.
    • Liaising with stores for status of materials availability and assist in seeing that the reordering level is on time as well as maintaining the purchase requisition process.
    • Coordinate all production activities within the department production floor with emphasis on production quantity, efficiency and quality.

    General and Task Management

    • Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works.
    • Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site
    • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
    • Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
    • Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with proper shift management.
    • Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
