    Architectural Technician

    Job Purpose:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Architectural Technician to join our rapidly growing company and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all architectural duties are executed in accordance with company standards, with a strong emphasis on Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability considerations. As an Architectural Technician, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to operate efficiently with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Quality Assurance:

    • Execute architectural tasks in adherence to the company's quality standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all aspects of the design and documentation process.

    Health & Safety Compliance:

    • Prioritize and uphold health and safety protocols throughout the architectural workflow, contributing to a secure and compliant working environment.

    Sustainability Integration:

    • Integrate sustainable design principles into architectural projects, aligning with the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proficiency in computer applications such as Revit or ArchiCAD is a prerequisite.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Design Technician, or its equivalent, coupled with tangible experience in design, detailing, and/or construction practice, is mandatory.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role is required.
    • Demonstrated experience in services and structure coordination is essential.
    • Familiarity with design tools like 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, Rhino, or their equivalents is expected.

    Architect

    Job Purpose:

    • We are looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction. The architect's responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams. One should be able to take ownership of your project, be it the design and construction of a new building, an extension, alterations or a restoration project, and deliver on the client's requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Interaction:
      • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
      • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their vision is captured and integrated into the design process.
    • Project Management:
      • Take charge of design projects, overseeing them from conceptualisation through to completion.
      • Develop detailed project plans outlining key milestones and timelines.
    • Proposal Development:
      • Formulate and present comprehensive project proposals to clients, incorporating design concepts, timelines, and estimated costs.
      • Ensure proposals align with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
    • Design Adjustments:
      • Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and evolving project needs.
      • Work collaboratively with clients to ensure that design adjustments meet their expectations while adhering to architectural principles and regulations.
    • Documentation:
      • Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
      • Maintain organised and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
    • Research and Reporting:
      • Conduct thorough research on project feasibility, environmental impact, and regulatory requirements.
    • Budget and Timeline Management:
      • Determine project budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
      • Adhere to budgetary constraints and timelines throughout the project life cycle, making adjustments as necessary.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that designs and construction meet industry standards and client expectations.
      • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Possession of a degree in architecture or a related field.
    • Preferred background as an Architect, backed by a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Proficient in technical drawing, with a proven track record in design, detailing, and/or construction practices.
    • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software such as ArchiCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
    • Familiarity with design applications like 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent.
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
    • Demonstrated creative and visualisation skills.

    Travel Consultant Remote Working

    Job Purpose:

    • As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will provide travel planning services to clients remotely. Your role will involve recommending destinations, finding the best deals, making travel arrangements, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients throughout their travel experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Consultation:
      • Comprehend the distinct requirements, preferences, and financial considerations of clients.

    • Travel Planning:
