    Operations Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and supervise daily production and operational activities.
    • Plan and monitor workflow to ensure timely project completion.
    • Manage inventory and coordinate procurement of production materials.
    • Supervise production staff and promote productivity and quality.
    • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
    • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
    • At least 4 years\' experience in operations or production within a printing, branding, signage, advertising, or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Hotel Receptionist

    Key responsibilities 

    • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
    • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
    • Handle room allocations, key issuance, and guest information updates
    • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
    • Process walk-in reservations and assist with room bookings
    • Handle payments, billing, and cashiering duties accurately
    • Balance cash float and prepare end-of-shift reports
    • Ensure all transactions comply with hotel policies and procedures
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
    • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
    • Prepare daily arrival, departure, and in-house guest reports
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
    • Participate in shift handovers and daily briefings

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a hotel receptionist or front office agent
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems is an added advantage.
