    Role Purpose

    • The Human Resources Intern will assist the Human Resource Business Partner in offering vital administrative assistance, guaranteeing seamless operations and aiding in diverse HR functions. The role holder will also be required to assist in executing strategic HR tasks and facilitating communication within the HR department and other business units.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment Support. Assist in posting job vacancies on the company website, social media and internally. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates. Assist in conducting background checks and reference verification.

    Team Leader, Direct Sales

    Role Purpose

    • The role holder will be responsible for leading a team of Direct Sales Officers to achieve assigned sales targets through acquisition of new business and cross-selling of health insurance products. He/She will coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive market penetration initiatives.
