​​RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with 3rd party couriers to resolve delivery exceptions (delays, wrong deliveries, lost parcels).
• Be fully responsible for 3PL Operation work including Fulfillment and courier operations.
• Oversee and manage transactions including On Time Courier Reverse delivery, follow up, and analysis.
• Update ticket statuses regularly with clear notes for customer service visibility.
• Liaise with other departments on escalated order issues and provide feedback within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure On Time Resolution for escalated order issues.
• Log all actions clearly within qing-flow for transparency.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to supervisors if delayed.
• Submit and analyse weekly courier progress and performance reports.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or fulfillment operations.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Critical Competencies: Customer-oriented mindset, Strong Communication Skills, Time Management and Prioritization, In-Depth Knowledge of Fulfillment Operations.
• Other Critical Competencies: Collaboration and Teamwork, Ability to work under minimal supervision, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple escalations simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
• Efficiently pick and verify all allocated orders by 3:30 PM daily.
• Receive and put away products accurately.
• Perform physical stock counts and confirm alignment with system records.
• Report inventory variances, inbound, and outbound abnormalities to the Team Leader.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• 100% outbound completion for all allocated orders by 3:30 PM.
• Maintain 99.99% inventory accuracy rate.
• Process 100% of large inbound shipments within 3 days, and small shipments daily.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, flexible, and adaptable attitude.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with warehouse systems
• Guarantee order fulfillment and quality control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure timely inbound and outbound of goods.

• Video Editing - Edit 2-4 short videos daily (15-60 seconds) using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Content Ideation - Brainstorm and conceptualize engaging TikTok content aligned with our brand and audience.
• Trend Monitoring - Stay on top of Tik Tok trends, challenges, and viral content, and incorporate them into new videos.
• Video Optimization - Apply TikTok best practices and algorithm insights to maximize reach, engagement, and shares.
• Collaboration - Work closely with creators, influencers, and social media managers to refine and align content with brand goals.
• Adaptability Quickly respond to shifts in trends and platform changes.
• Community Engagement - Interact with TikTok audiences by replying to comments, messages, and engaging with other creators.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing or related field
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Responsible, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
• Passionate about electronic gadgets and open to embracing change.
