    Lead - Refinery Plant

    Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
    • 8-15+ years' experience in edible oil refinery with strong knowledge of refinery processes, utilities, DCS/SCADA, and mass balance.
    • Proven expertise in production planning, process optimization, efficiency improvement, and maintenance systems (CMMS, preventive programs).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with high ownership and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE, continuous improvement, and data-driven operational decisions; able to manage pressure and multiple priorities.
    • Performance indicators include (KPIs): meeting production volumes, minimizing stock variance, improving OEE, yield, recovery, energy efficiency, safety/quality compliance, reducing downtime, and enhancing team capability.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Production & Operations Management
    • Lead refinery production to meet output targets, ensure quality standards, and apply best practices (5S, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
    • Track key KPIs and coordinate with planning, logistics, and procurement for smooth operations.
    • Stock Variance & Material Accountability
    • Oversee RM/WIP/FG stock reconciliation, address variances, and maintain accurate material balances with inventory/warehouse/finance teams.
    • Efficiency, Performance & Optimization
    • Improve yields, energy use, OEE, and productivity; resolve bottlenecks and support automation/digitalization projects.
    • Maintenance Coordination
    • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensure equipment reliability, support shutdowns, and uphold safety/technical standards.
    • Quality, Safety & Compliance
    • Enforce quality, ISO, environmental, and safety requirements; conduct audits and promote strong safety culture.
    • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead and mentor production teams, build skills, and drive accountability and continuous improvement.

    Human Resource Manager (Performance Management)

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field | CHRP certification.
    • Min 10 years HR experience
    • With 7+ years designing/managing performance management systems.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
    • Strategic thinker able to align performance with business goals.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels.
    • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
    • Able to manage complex, cyclical HR processes and annual review cycles.
    • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy & Program Design: Develop, refine, and implement performance management systems, KPIs, metrics, and feedback processes aligned to business strategy and compliant with employment laws.
    • Process Management: Lead annual and mid-year review cycles, manage the HRIS performance module, and run calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness.
    • Coaching & Development: Coach managers and employees on performance practices, SMART goal setting, effective feedback, and review writing; support PIPs where needed and link outcomes to training, succession planning, and compensation.
    • Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Monitor and report performance metrics, gather employee/manager feedback to enhance processes, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
