    Boiler Technician

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary
    • Maintain systems by scheduling and carrying out regular inspections, cleanings, filter replacement and all other tasks necessary to keep all components performing optimally; identify and repair or replace malfunctioning components
    • Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to repair the problem
    • Perform necessary repairs and replacements, obtain replacement parts and upgrade components as needed
    • Supervise team of assistant operators and mechanics by delegating repair, maintenance and monitoring tasks, scheduling jobs, providing appropriate instruction and giving constructive feedback on performance
    • Study to keep current on knowledge of all applicable safety laws, regulations and policies in order to ensure full compliance at all times
    • Create and maintain properly documented records of inspections, maintenance routines and repairs
    • Sustain up-to-date knowledge of developments in relevant technology and make recommendations for improvements/upgrades

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • At least Diploma in mechanical engineering field from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with complex steam, water & compressed air  systems in a busy manufacturing setting
    • Knowledge/experience in operation/maintenance of effluent treatment plant is an added advantage
    • Advanced Boiler operator Certification from NITA.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and highly safety-conscious
    • Ability to work under pressure

    Factory Supervisor

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate closely with the Key Account Executive to execute project goals and ensure full contract scope delivery.
    • Enforce 100% compliance with safety protocols, site procedures, and internal SOPs, including training and documentation.
    • Manage production department overseeing staffing, performance, and service delivery.
    • Ensure all services are delivered on time, in full (OTIF), with prompt invoicing and client feedback handling.
    • Assign tasks, communicate plans, and monitor project performance in line with client expectations.
    • Maintain accurate staff attendance, leave schedules, and minimize overtime while ensuring service continuity.
    • Oversee team training, performance reviews, and maintain updated job descriptions and KPIs.
    • Escalate issues promptly and attend weekly/monthly client meetings, sharing minutes and updates.
    • Keep accurate project documentation including action trackers, job logs, and equipment maintenance records.
    • Ensure proper induction of new staff, tool management, and high standards of workplace housekeeping.
    • Perform additional duties as required to support successful project execution.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Diploma/degree in Mechanical engineering or related course with over four years’ experience in busy manufacturing operations.
    • Excellent planning & Organisation skills.
    • Basic Accounting and proficiency in Excel is desired
    • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
    • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Tact, swiftness and attention to detail are a MUST
    • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Pro-active, flexible, positive and reliable
    • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, clients and cross-functional teams

    Data Analyst

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and client.
    • Type in data provided directly from customers.
    • Create spreadsheets without mistakes.
    • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
    • Periodically update existing data.
    • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
    • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
    • Sort, organize and maintain paperwork after entering data.
    • Submitting relevant reports as required.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years proven experience as data entry clerk & analyst
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, power point etc.)
    • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
    • Basic understanding of databases
    • At least a Diploma in business related course
    • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
    • Great attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
