    HR & Operations Manager

    Job Purpose:

    • To oversee and manage the Human Resources functions and daily operational activities of the hospitality establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery, staff efficiency, compliance with company standards, and enhancement of guest satisfaction. This role supports organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence

    Job Description

    Human Resources Management

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
    • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
    • Monitor staff performance and coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
    • Maintain updated HR records, payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Lead staff welfare initiatives and engagement activities to improve morale and retention.

    Operations Management

    • Manage daily operational functions including front office, housekeeping, F&B support, and administration.
    • Establish and maintain high service standards across departments.
    • Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
    • Oversee procurement and inventory management for operational departments.
    • Monitor service delivery quality and take corrective actions where required.
    • Support cost-control initiatives and optimize operational expenses.
    • Conduct regular operational audits and ensure compliance with hospitality standards.

    Strategic Planning & Reporting

    • Assist management in strategic planning related to HR and operations.
    • Prepare and submit HR and operations reports, including performance metrics, staffing updates, and compliance status.
    • Participate in budgeting processes for HR and operational departments.

    Guest Experience Support

    • Ensure internal operations contribute to a seamless guest experience.
    • Handle guest escalations in coordination with relevant departments.
    • Implement service recovery procedures and follow up on guest feedback.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field etc
    • Professional HR certification is an added advantage (e.g., CHRP, SHRM,IHRM etc).
    • Minimum 5–7 years experience in HR or operations within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and labour laws.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office applications.

    Data Centre Officer

    Job Overview:

    • The Data Center Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting core infrastructure systems including servers, storage solutions, SAN environments, and operating systems across both Windows and Linux platforms. The role will ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all data center assets supporting operational and MFI-related systems.

    Server skills Requirements (HPE, DELL, Lenovo Etc)

    • Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
    • Monitor system performance and resource utilization to optimize server performance
    • Implement and manage server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
    • Perform server backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
    • Install and configure server applications and services (e.g., web servers, database servers).
    • Ensure server security by implementing security policies, patches, and updates.
    • Troubleshoot server hardware and software issues and resolve technical problems

    • Evaluate and recommend storage technologies and solutions to meet business requirements.

    • Knowledge of storage virtualization and SAN replication technologies.

    • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve SAN-related issues.
    • Capacity planning and performance tuning experience in SAN environments
    • Configure and administer SAN switches, storage arrays, and related components.
    • Ensure SAN security and data protection by implementing access controls and encryption.
    • Collaborate with storage and network teams to optimize SAN performance and capacity.
    • Implement and manage SAN zoning and fabric configurations.
    • Plan and implement SAN upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

    Microsoft Windows Skills requirements

    • Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022).
    • Manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and domain controllers
    • Implement and manage Windows-based applications and services (e.g., IIS, SQL Server, Exchange)
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server resources.
    • Configure and maintain Windows security policies, patches, and updates.
    • Implement backup and recovery procedures for Windows servers and data.
    • Collaborate with network and storage teams to integrate Windows systems with network and storage infrastructure.

    Linux operating system Skills Requirements

    • Install, configure, and maintain Linux server operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
    • Manage and automate system tasks using shell scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
    • Configure and manage Linux-based services such as web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx), databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and file systems (e.g., NFS, Samba).
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Linux server resources.
    • Implement security measures and access controls to protect Linux servers and data.
    • Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades for Linux distributions and applications.
    • Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy and support applications on Linux platforms.

    Network Engineer

    Job Overview:

    • We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and support network infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with networking hardware, routing protocols, firewalls, and ISP coordination.

    Job Description

    • Building, configuring, installing, managing and monitoring LAN, WAN, WIFI, IP telephony related hardwares and softwares
    • Have good experience on installing switches, router, access points such as cisco/Alcatel/HP/Aruba/Ruckus/ Huawei etc.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Networking certifications: CCNA, ACFE, HCIA (strongly preferred).
    • 4–7 years of experience in network engineering.
    • Strong troubleshooting and network optimization skills.
