About the role
We are currently looking for a Safeguarding Advisor – Surge Team to join our team. As the Safeguarding Advisor, you will support the response team to identify and mitigate safeguarding risks to children and adults in the affected populations. The post holder will ensure awareness, prevention as well as safe and accessible reporting and response mechanisms are place. In addition the post holder will support the response team to respond to safeguarding risks and violations to programme participants and people in the affected populations , including (but not limited to) the risks of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment by Save the Children staff, volunteers and other INGO workers and partners, and the risks of unsafe programming.
You will bring to the role substantial experience of child and adult safeguarding, PSEAH, Survivor support, within humanitarian or insecure settings, including leading or participating in responding to reports and conducting investigations into serious incidents including , SEAH of children and adults; excellent knowledge of Safeguarding policies and supporting teams to put policies into practice; and, experience living or working in a development context, emergency response contexts or fragile states. You will be a strong safeguarding practitioner who can transfer skills to others. Proficiency in English and French is a must.

About the role
We are currently looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Advisor to join our team. As the MEAL Advisor, you will lead on MEAL system design and implementation, evaluations, MEAL master budgeting, coordination, and support relevant fundraising, procurement and recruitment processes as well as proposal writing and strategy and log frame development at national level.
You will bring to the role experience in designing and establishing MEAL system in emergencies, experience in working through systems of community participation and accountability, and proven ability in using data and analysis to influence programmatic change. You must be proficient in both English and French.
About the role
We are currently looking for a New Business Development Manager – Surge Team to join our team. As the NBD Manager, you will be responsible for managing the proposal development process and ensuring the final product is responsive, competitive, and timely. You will be responsible for working with the Country and Member teams to efficiently manage the proposal design and development process and collaborate with the Finance team to integrate the proposal budget into the final submission to the donor or Member.
You will bring to the role Experience in leading the development of large-scale and complex proposals, including the development of project budgets greater than $5 million; experience in coordinating and preparing successful concept notes and proposals for major institutional donors (i.e. USAID, ECHO/INTPA, FCDO, SIDA, etc.); and, knowledge of the requirements of major institutional donors. You will be proficient in English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Arabic is highly desirable.
