    Innovation Analysts

    Job Summary:

    Securex Kenya, a leading security solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Innovation Analyst to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in organizational projects to identify requirements and conduct user research, revealing insights about solutions and surfacing new opportunities for innovation.
    • Support the delivery of innovation projects by working closely with different departments within the organization.
    • Assist in the implementation of solutions from conception to initiation by providing information and engaging in key business analysis tasks.
    • Facilitate innovation workshops that help the organization identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist with the evaluation and selection of new technologies.
    • Serve as a point of contact in collaboration with the innovation team for outsourced solutions.
    • Coordinate the transfer of research, prototypes, and improved processes to customers.
    • Use data analysis to inform decisions and the direction of our efforts daily.
    • Assist in designing and identifying efficient ways to capture and consolidate necessary data from structured, unstructured, and human data sources.
    • Manage Airtable and Airtable workflows to streamline data management and collaboration.
    • Write clear and concise user stories to communicate requirements to development teams.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
    • 2+ years of experience in technology transfer, business development, market analysis, patent licensing, business analysis, innovation, or related functions (fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are also encouraged to apply)
    • Proficiency in typical computer applications such as MS Office and Internet Explorer
    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
    • Strong proficiency in Airtable and experience managing Airtable workflows
    • Understanding of software development principles and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
    • Familiarity with Odoo is a plus but not mandatory
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

    Senior Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the CEO and ensuring daily administrative needs are met promptly and efficiently. Should have extensive experience supporting top-level executives, proficient in managing complex schedules and handling confidential information. Dedicated professional committed to ensuring seamless executive operations and facilitating strategic initiatives

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintain the CEO’s complex schedules, diaries, coordinating meetings, logistics, international conference calls, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and making necessary travel arrangements
    • Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve queries/complaints raised by internal and external clients, suppliers, etc.
    • Prepare, collate and handover all necessary information required by the CEO prior to any meeting or interaction
    • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, as assigned by the executives
    • Consistently build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for the purpose of working together to support the CEO
    • Support delivery of CEO initiatives, via management of trackers to ensure success within the agreed timelines
    • Ensure to keep the CEO up to date with daily, weekly and monthly reports of pending actions
    • Follow-up on the completion and submission of relevant reports from key stakeholders
    • Timely and professionally responds to and report outcomes of ad hoc projects, business issues, client requests and stakeholder requests, etc. that impact the business
    • Prepare reports, presentations, speeches, etc. on behalf of the CEO
    • Serve as a point of contact between the executives and various departments, clients, and suppliers
    • Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them
    • Prepare and reconciliate expenses for the CEO
    • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for the CEO when required
    • Communicates with the Board of Directors and coordinates the full life cycle arrangements for their meetings from arrival to departure.
    • Provide supports to all directors and senior management team when required

    Minimum Requirements and Competencies

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Discipline
    • 7+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role preferably supporting C-level executives
    • Ability to manage senior executives in the organization
    • High levels of integrity and confidentiality
    • Proven ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in fast-paced environments.
    • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
