    Plastic Bags Production Coordinator/ Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily production of plastic bags (Garbage Bags, Prepaid Voucher Card Bags, Industrial Wrapping Bags, Cosmetic Packing Bags, Construction & General-Purpose Bags, and Bread Packing Bags)
    • Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of extrusion, printing, cutting, and sealing machines used in the plastic bags section.
    • Maintain quality standards and conduct regular inspections to meet industry specifications.
    • Supervise the preparation and mixing of masterbatch and plastic raw materials (e.g., LDPE, LLDPE) for accurate blending ratios.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand order requirements, provide technical support, and manage customer-specific printing plate preparations and replacements.
    • Guide and train operators, helpers, and machine technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance activities, preparing and submitting regular reports to senior management.

    Other Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering or a related field.
    • Must have minimum 5 years experience working in a plastic bag manufacturing industry preferably as a plastic bag production supervisor or manager.
    • Must have hands on experience in operating and maintaining various extrusion printing, and sealing machines.
    • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO, GMP, and TBS.
    • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

    Accounts Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements specific to insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Premium Accounting: Manage premium trust accounts, client invoicing, and reconciliation of premiums and commissions.
    • Claims Processing: Oversee the processing of claims payments and refunds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Other Requirements

    Qualifications and experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma  in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CPA certification will be preferred.
    • 3–5 years of accounting or underwriting experience, preferably within the insurance  brokerage firm
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Understanding of insurance industry regulations and accounting

    Finance Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of the microfinance trategic and business plan through allocation of financial resources.
    • Manage the utilization of company finances according to established policies, plans, and procedures.
    • Assist in financial planning using projection models and disseminate information to stakeholders.
    • Monitor performance against financial plans and provide relevant and timely information to stakeholders.
    • Provide accurate and timely periodic financial reports to various stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with external auditors for timely and expeditious facilitation of external auditing requirements.

    Other Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Professional qualifications from either CPA-K or ACCA.
    • Minimum of  6 years of proven experience in a finance role, 3 of which must be at a microfinance.
    • Certified Member of ICPAK.
    • Experience in Microfinance is a must.
    • 5 years of proven experience in collections.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency.
