    Financial Access Sales Officer (FASO)

    Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify and understand the need of the customer and ensure profile falls within focus segment.
    • Sell the Banks Products proactively to existing/new/prospective customers.
    • Obtain relevant documents on all accounts opened.
    • Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the customer.
    • Ensure timely submission of all forms and documents to relevant internal unit for processing.
    • Ensure timely processing of all initiated customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening, cheque book issuance and debit card request.
    • Visit and or call customers regularly with a view to establish good relationship.
    • Review customer position daily and note inflows and unusual outflows for follow-up with the concerned customer.
    • Monitor maturing fixed deposits and investments and communicate customers at least a week before maturity with a view to securing their approval to roll over the deposits.
    • Crosssell opportunities identified should be referred to the Team Lead Update call memo on a daily basis.
    • Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities, e.g. market storms.
    • Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
    • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activity and challenges
    • Ensure timely submission of weekly plan and achievement report to the Team Lead.
    • Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
    • Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the Team Lead

    Skills & Qualifications

    • First degree on any business-related discipline, a degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
    • One year in the banking /Financial Sector

    Divisional Head, Retail Banking

    Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

    • Formulate and review strategies for Retail Banking Business for the short, medium and long term in line with Access Bank’s group plan
    • Determine, establish and agree the targets for Retail Banking bank wide by products, regions and branches.
    • Formulation and implementation of Retailing Banking division’s strategy
    • Definition of marketing and sales strategies of Retail Banking
    • Development of Retail Banking Products and Services
    • Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships in conjunction with Commercial Banking and Institutional Banking Division
    • Determine, establish, approve and supervise the business plans, scope and activity size (including locations) of Products Heads and their teams to ensure that appropriate strategies are undertaken to achieve targets set for the Division
    • Coordinate the group’s activities for efficient and effective collaboration and smooth workflow with other Division, Commercial Banking & Institutional Banking
    • Monitor and report on bank wide Performance of all Retail products offerings
    • Develop a customer management framework including customer insight driven marketing
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director

    Skills & Qualifications

    • A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a bank with experience at least 5 years in a management role in Retail Banking
    • A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.

    • Knowledge and understanding of Ghanaian Retail market
