Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital content, and coordinating promotional activities. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to contribute to projects that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Create and schedule social media posts, newsletters, and blog content
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM tools, and track campaign performance
• Support event coordination, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations to summarize campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with branding and business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support, coordinator, or assistant role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools is an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in paid ads management (Google Ads/Facebook Ads)
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
