Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and meet brand quality standards.
• Support inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating restocking, and maintaining accurate production and inventory records.
• Perform basic quality control checks to ensure products adhere to brand standards.
• Collaborate with the team to organize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and assist with production planning for upcoming runs.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and manage materials efficiently.
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to production while maintaining discretion with sensitive business information and assisting with reporting on production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a structured workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
• Trustworthy and discreet, capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Experience in luxury brands or high-end products is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the meat processing and food plant, from procurement to final product distribution.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Oversee procurement, meat processing operations, production, sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service functions to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, meat handling standards, and maintain high product quality.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, controlling costs to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
• Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the Directors with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior management role within the food industry, with direct experience in meat processing operations.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and supply chain management.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and financial management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in business management software, HRIS systems, and data analysis tools.
