    Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Nakuru

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Capture, edit, and produce compelling videos of program activities, testimonies, and donor impact
    • Design graphics for social media, reports, infographics, and presentations in line with company’s brand
    • Develop motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling
    • Optimize content for multiple platforms while ensuring accessibility and cultural sensitivity
    • Collaborate with program teams to translate data and reports into visual stories
    • Support donor proposals, live events, and photography as needed
    • Maintain an organized library of project files and digital assets
    • Manage multiple creative projects and deliver within deadlines

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Film/Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field
    • 2–4 years’ proven experience in video editing and graphic design (NGO/non-profit experience is an advantage)
    • Strong portfolio of video and design work
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
    • Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and creativity
    • Skills in photography, camera operation, and scripting (advantage)
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
    • Alignment with company’s Christian values and ethical storytelling principles

    Sponsorship Officer(Education /Training)- Nakuru

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate timely and accurate communication between sponsors, children, and the organization.
    • Prepare, edit, and dispatch sponsorship updates, including reports, letters, photos, and videos.
    • Register new children in the GC System and prepare comprehensive child profiles.
    • Manage and respond to sponsor correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
    • Review and verify children’s reports, letters, and digital content for accuracy and quality.
    • Maintain an organized documentation and reporting system for sponsorship activities.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete child records.
    • Ensure compliance with child protection policies, organizational standards, and data protection laws.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Community Development, Administration, Education, or International Relations.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social work, case management, or child sponsorship programs, preferably within an NGO.
    • Strong understanding of child protection policies and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and report writing skills with attention to detail.
    • High ethical standards, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and positive relationships with children, families, sponsors, and colleagues.
