Kenya Red Cross is one of the many International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement societies around the world. The Kenya organisation was established in 1965, The Kenya Red Cross supports and runs a number of projects whilst raising awareness to the Kenyan public about the current issues or problems which may affect them.
Documentation
The consultant will package the risk information for the counties. This will include analytical approach detailing factors considered, process followed in the analysis, the results of the analysis, recommendation on areas of improvement and maintenance of the risk profiles. The consultant is expected to interact with the KRCS technical project team for feedback before finalizing the key deliverables. The consultant with support from KRCS, will present the results to the county stakeholders in a dissemination workshop.

Duration of the consultancy
The consultancy is estimated to spread out between late-July 2022 and mid-August 2022.
Reporting
The consultant will report to the Project Manager in KRCS, and work in close collaboration the larger project team.

The consultant shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the study is designed and conducted to respect and protect the rights and welfare of the people and communities involved and to ensure that the assessment is technically accurate and reliable, is conducted in a transparent and impartial manner, and contributes to organizational learning and accountability. Therefore, the study team shall be required to adhere to the assessment standards and applicable practices as recommended by International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as below:
It is also expected that the study will respect the seven Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent: 1) humanity, 2) impartiality, 3) neutrality, 4) independence, 5) voluntary service, 6) unity, and 7) universality.
