    Cyber Security Specialist- Email Security

    The Cyber Security Specialist, Email Security is responsible for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the organization’s data while in use, in motion and in situ, through preventing, detecting, and resolving security threats to KCB Group email and collaboration systems. The holder is also responsible for the deployment, testing and maintenance of security solutions for email and collaboration infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer, optimize, and support the Bank’s email security solutions, perimeter email security and collaboration security solutions in compliance with the Bank’s policies and standards.
    • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Intelligence and Security Operations Centre (CiSOC) in the continuous monitoring and defence of the Bank’s email infrastructure for cybersecurity threat indicators, assist to detect, report, and respond to email security violations/incidents.
    • Appropriately and practically defend the Bank’s email and collaboration deployment infrastructure, in accordance with established policies, procedures, guidelines and practices.
    • Develop Email Security Policies and Minimum-Security Configuration Baseline Standards in line with industry best practices and technologies commensurate with risk and regulatory requirements and implementing the same cost effectively.
    • Define, create, and deliver compliance reports and relevant metrics in Email and Collaboration security to senior management, utilizing automation as deemed fit.
    • Provide technical email and collaboration security related support to projects from inception through to successful implementation in a bid to ensure that email security and collaboration security is built in from project inception.
    • Drive the adoption and enforcement of email and collaboration security standards (such as DKIM, SPF and DMARC), working collaboratively with other Cyber Security specialists and Technology teams to identify, implement and monitor such security solutions.
    • Conduct continuous audit of security configuration of all email and collaboration infrastructure to provide optimum security, performance, and availability.
    • Provide input into Cyber Security risk and control self-assessments by leveraging specialized knowledge in email and collaboration security.
    • Research on and provide technical email and collaboration security expertise in the Group Cyber Security department.

    The Person

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    • Information Technology / Computer Science / Telecommunications / Engineering (Electrical, Electronic) or related field.
    • Security certification such as CISA, CCSP, CISSP.
    • At Least 5 years’ experience in Technology with at least, 2 years’ experience in Cyber Security and System, Network or Database Administration.

    Business Analyst

    Reporting to IT Change Manager, the Business analyst shall support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs. Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project/initiatives re5ults. He/she will be responsible for applying a structured methodology in the management of IT Change activities, ensuring all IT Changes are properly logged, documented, analyzed, tracked, reviewed, approved and deployed in accordance with the related policies.     Key Responsibilities

    • Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
    • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops.
    • Business requirements documentation.
    • Create and Review Technical Architecture Documents for system changes and new systems and solutions.
    • Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.
    • Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
    • Participate and guide on the non-functional tests planning and execution i.e. performance / load tests, security tests and high availability and fail over testing.
    • Track entire life-cycle for each IT change request from logging to fulfilment and closure i.e requirements definition, CAB approval, solution design, solution build, resource allocation, testing, deployment and post deployment review and any remedial actions thereof.

    Marketing Manager- Business Marketing

    Reporting to the Head, Business Marketing this position is responsible for leading and guiding brand teams to ensure flawless execution of all Business marketing initiatives across all business (growth) functions. This includes co-creating annual strategies with Business teams and ensuring robust execution to drive business goals while meeting consumer needs and positioning the KCB brand appropriately. The role is also purposed to provide expertise on business marketing for Group subsidiaries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and lead the execution of Business Marketing Department strategy across the allocated functions whilst ensuring alignment with the brand strategy and KCB Group marketing policies and procedures.
    • Support and work with Head of Business Marketing in development of annual business marketing plans and lead the execution of the plans and in collaboration with cross functional teams. 
    • Work with product owners and business teams to develop appropriate and responsive systems and tools to market bank products and services within the Business Functions.
    • Closely collaboration with Business Functions in developing appropriate marketing strategies, approached and initiatives for their products and in line with the overall Corporate brand purpose and values whilst supporting regional businesses.
    • Ensure appropriate application of brand usage guidelines, group marketing policies in the marketing of Banks products and services as developed by the Business functions; work with marketing managers across the Subsidiaries to ensure consistency in the marketing of products and services across the Group whilst attending to local uniqueness.
    • As part of the business marketing center of excellence, provide expert support to Group Subsidiaries in developing effective marketing strategies for Business Functions within the Subsidiaries.
    • Ensure effective integration of market insights and intelligence within the marketing of Bank products and services across the Group, aligning marketing initiatives to current and emerging business and consumer needs
    • Develop appropriate metrics and dashboards to measure impact of marketing activities to the bottom line.
    • Develop and manage relationships with agencies supporting own area and challenge the agency to ensure best possible output on the brand/s by ensuring the attainment of innovative media plans and creative material, which exhibit clear understanding of brand values, consumer motivation and competitive context.
    • Effective management of the marketing budget allocated to own area.
    • Provide leadership to the team including talent development and performance management.

    Marketing Manager- Business Experience

    Reporting to the Head, Integrated Marketing Communications, the Marketing Manager, Brand Experience shall be responsible for designing, developing and executing seamless events, activations that leave consumers with memorable experiences of KCB brand across various touch points.

    This role will involve managing the execution of the overall Brand Experience Strategy to build brand love and brand equity. This will include an ability to articulate and translate the brand promise into exciting ideas and ensuring they are executed according to a desired picture of success.

    The incumbent will need to be well anchored and grounded in consumer trends to be able to identify strategic event opportunities for consumers through sponsorships, launches, promotions, activations, partnerships, working with multiple partners to ensure seamless implementation and driving business KPI’s.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop effective tools and intelligence needed to drive and measure the brand identity that is needed as well as the experience it inspires in line with the Group brand Strategies.
    • Conduct effective consumer research and insights that reveal hidden and unhidden customer insights on the brand and develop effective brand engagement metrics that shall be used to measure the brand fitness across all channels of communication; includes metrics for tracking brand funnel from awareness to advocacy.
    • Provide technical expertise and tool kits to Group Subsidiaries in developing and executing effective brand experience strategies with a smart nexus between Group-wide and localized branding.
    • Ensure that all branding and marketing activities, including events and market activations, embed the desired brand identity and experience.
    • Design, develop and execute effective employee brand advocacy interventions and initiatives.
    • Develop and manage an effective management information system for capturing and documenting lessons learnt in building compelling brand experience across the various products, services, channels and markets to support continuous improvement.
    • Provide routine reporting on brand experience outlook on various products, services and channels to Head of Integrated Marketing Communications, Group Director MC and other key stakeholders.
    • Create brand experience pitching proposals including live experiential and media campaigns.
    • Ensure execution of all events and partner interactions comply to the KCB brand strategy and group brand management policies; maintain guidelines and standards of event implementation and ensure compliance
    • Develop event and partnerships budget forecasts based on pre agreed deliverables; ensure adherence to budgets, reputational risks (security, accidents etc) by engaging widely and building in mitigations.
    • Identifies, develops and manages deep community partnerships with philanthropic organisation groups and corporate sponsorships. 

    The Person

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    • A University degree from a recognized institution preferably in marketing, advertising or business -related field.
    • A professional certification in CIM.
    • At least 8 years' experience in brand management and positioning.

    Senior Relationship Manager, Infrastructure and Energy

    Reporting to the Head, Infrastructure & Energy, the position will be the principal contact between a designated portfolio of the Infrastructure & Energy Sector and the Bank in order to drive business, manage sector profitability growth and maximize revenue and share of wallet. This position will involve the management of client relationships to deliver Corporate Banking Products and Solutions in line with the overall Corporate Banking Strategy and Vision.

    Quality Assurance Engineer

    Reporting to Senior Manager, IT Quality Assurance Engineering & Automation, the Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for architecting new automated test strategies and frameworks, in addition to creating, implementing, and automating testing in support of software test requirements.

    The Quality Assurance Engineer works with QA Analysts to develop, maintain, and enhance the test automation framework and automation infrastructure. The Senior QA Engineer demonstrates innovation, leadership, and mentorship skills in addition to possessing a strong technical and programming/test automation skill set.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Test strategy formulation which includes decomposing the business and technical requirements into test scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingencies plans and other testing preparation activities.
    • Lead formal reviews of test plans, designs, and requirements documents with cross-functional teams. 
    • Accurately predict the amount of effort required for projects QA activities and tasks. Develops plans and schedules based on these predictions.
    • Implement Test Automation leveraging test automation frameworks.
    • Executes and reports on planned tests, report and manage defects, regress software fixes for new and existing products, assist development with replicating and debugging problems and develop new test automation solutions as needed.
    • Coach and mentor QA Analysts in modern approaches for execution of testing efforts.
    • Architect, implement and manage automated suites of black-box and white-box test scripts.
    • Research, Develop and/or Recommend tools to assist QA Analysts in test planning, execution, and reporting.
    • Utilize tools such as code coverage tools to assess the coverage of test suites and make recommendations for additional test cases.
    • Lead monitoring of test execution across multiple code branches and multiple platforms and performing code reviews.
    • Management and maintenance of Test Environments.

    The Person

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study.

    Quality Assurance Analyst

    The Quality Assurance Analyst will perform quality reviews on business requirements, developing standardized testing methods and strategies, leading execution of functional and non-functional tests and implementing quality testing and reporting processes to track and ensure adherence to quality software development process and products.

    This role reports to Senior Manager, IT Quality Assurance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Champion and coordinate business requirements reviews across functional teams and ensures that the business requirements are complete, precise, and testable.
    • Works with project team to define and create overall project test strategy/test plan, plan test schedules or strategies and Identifies test resources, estimates test effort in accordance with project scope or delivery dates and ensures that the test strategy is achieved.
    • Develop, document, and maintain manual and automated functional testcases, non-functional test cases, test scripts and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
    • Works collaboratively with the business units and project teams to execute and validate test cases based upon business requirements and ensures that the test cases are traceable to the requirements.
    • In collaboration with GEA and other critical stakeholders, tune the SQA processes, adopt tools and define re-usable templates in-line with the adoption and maturity of the SQA Framework.
    • Define test process including required test activities and deliverables, conduct Test Readiness Assessment, establish test beds, and ensure that test beds are available for all planned white box and black box testing activities.
    • Engages, champions, and collaborates with technical teams / personnel in non-functional testing including integration, regression, load, performance, security, and usability testing.
    • Prepare, share, and review test results periodically, report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws and develop test acceptance reports for projects and software changes.
    • Works with business units to perform post deployment sanity and regression tests and post-implementation review within defined period to confirm that the deployed solution works as per the business requirements.
    • Participates in formulation and Implementation of Software process improvement policies and strategies for IT division.
