    Accounts Assistant

    The Accounts Assistant will support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting functions within the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Prior experience working in a construction company is essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements while ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely reconciliation of supplier and client accounts.
    • Prepare and submit periodic financial statements and reports.
    • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes as required.
    • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.
    • Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit processes.
    • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for compliance with internal and external regulations.
    • Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to track and manage project expenditures.
    • Ensure timely collection of receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Assist in payroll processing and handle related accounting tasks.
    • Address and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues as they arise.
    • Provide support to the finance department with other duties as needed.

    Requirements
    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Good time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

    Executive Driver

    As the Executive Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO's safety, comfort, and timely arrival at various destinations.

    Your key duties will include:

    • Safely transporting the CEO to and from appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Planning and optimizing travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
    • Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the CEO's vehicle.
    • Assisting the CEO with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.
    • Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations and ensuring the CEO's compliance with safety protocols.
    • Report any instance of mishap or accident, injury or damage of the vehicle.
    • Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
    • Maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
    • Perform any other duties/ responsibilities assigned by the CEO including picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands.
    • Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, greasing etc.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management.
    • Ensure minor repairs are done and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle is maintained inside and outside.
    • Ensure appropriate steps are taken in case of involvement in accident or other traffic related incidents.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in any field of study is highly preferred.
    • Valid driving license, and impeccable driving skills and a commitment to safety.
    • Computer proficiency
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as executive driver in similar position preferably for senior executives or VIPs.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and on weekends as needed.

    Procurement Officer

    The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and hold a diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience working in a construction company is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project needs and deadlines.
    • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and quality.
    • Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
    • Maintain and update records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.
    • Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
    • Work closely with project managers and site teams to forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels.
    • Oversee the timely delivery of materials to construction sites, resolving any supply chain issues that may arise.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on price trends and new products relevant to the construction industry.
    • Manage relationships with key suppliers to build long-term partnerships.
    • Ensure that all procurement activities are documented accurately for auditing and compliance purposes.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to align procurement activities with the budget and project costs.
    • Implement and monitor effective procurement processes and procedures.
    • Address and resolve any issues related to procurement, including delivery delays or non-compliance.

    Requirements
    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Procurement Officer in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplier networks.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
