JOB SUMMARY
To cultivate a safe, secure and healthy environment for patients, colleagues and staff and provide exceptional quality care services to patients. and their family members.
To provide obstetrics and gynaecology services delivery in the hospital while ensuring that they meet the expected standards and compliance with the hospital and medical practice regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care, including prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal services.
• Managing and review of clients for reproductive health both in the inpatient and outpatient.
• Admitting patients requiring special care followed by investigations and treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues and ensuring high level of patient safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide expert consultation and management for obstetric and gynaecological conditions.
• Conduct routine and emergency obstetric deliveries, including high-risk pregnancies.
• Perform gynaecological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures as required.
• Conduct patient consultations and diagnostic tests to assess medical conditions.
• Participate in marketing activities to promote the Hospital's brand and Train and mentor doctors and nurses
• Advice on strategy for department growth and participate in formulation of departmental SOPs
• Audit departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of surgery
• Msc Med in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council with a Valid Practice License.
• Certificate in ACLS, BLS will be an added advantage
• Professional Insurance Indemnity Cover as well as Proficiency in computer applications.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with in-depth knowledge and experience in Laparoscopy. JOB SKILLS

JOB SUMMARY

• Manage specialist clinic through reviewing and managing outpatient

• Master's degree in Internal Medicine.
• Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council with a Valid Practice License.
• Certificate in ACLS, BLS will be an added advantage.
• Professional Insurance Indemnity Cover as well as Proficiency in computer applications.

JOB SUMMARY
To work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the safety and success of surgical procedures as well as communicate effectively with the surgical team to provide updates on the patient's condition and respond to any intraoperative concerns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer various types of anesthesia, including general and spinal depending on the surgical procedure and patient needs.
• Conduct thorough preoperative evaluations of patients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anaesthesia care, including preoperative assessments, intraoperative interventions and postoperative outcomes.
• Conduct postoperative care to ensure a smooth transition from anaesthesia to wakefulness and manage any postoperative.
• Intubation of patients for critical care.
• Give reports on anesthesia recommendations and quality improvement for anesthesia care.
• To cover theatre anaesthetic duties as assigned to and attend to emergencies and resuscitation care when they occur. QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in anaesthesia
• Certificate in ACLS, BLS will be an added advantage
• Valid Practice License.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• At least three years of working experience as an anaesthetist in a busy hospital.

JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend and manage acute paediatric cases and emergencies as well as referrals in the outpatient.
• Facilitating inpatient admission and follow-up diagnostics, review and management of patients in the paediatric ward and newborn unit when called upon.
• Conduct well-baby/Well-child consultations for growth and development monitoring, nutrition consultation and vaccination.
• Provide Clinical education to patients and caregivers on common childhood illnesses, childhood immunization and nutrition.
• Attend Newborn deliveries in maternity/Theatre department and follow-up care for all newborns until discharge from the hospital. Organize and facilitate follow-up clinics for newborn patients.
• Participate in marketing activities to promote the Hospital's brand and Train and mentor doctors and nurses.
• Advice on strategy for department growth and participate in formulation of departmental SOPs.
• Audit departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council with a Valid Practice License.
