    Investment Assistant

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The Investment Assistant is responsible for providing operational, analytical and administrative support to the Investments function through investment data management, portfolio monitoring, investment reporting, research support, reconciliation of investment records and maintenance of investment documentation.
    • The position serves as an entry-level professional role within the Investments function and provides an opportunity for development of future investment professionals through structured learning and practical exposure to pension fund investment management.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Investment Operations Support

    • Maintain accurate investment records and databases.
    • Update portfolio performance information and investment monitoring schedules.
    • Assist in reconciliation of investment transactions and investment accounts.
    • Support maintenance of investment registers and investment files.
    • Assist in tracking investment maturities, coupon payments, dividends and other investment income.
    • Monitor settlement of investment transactions and follow up on outstanding matters.

    Investment Research and Analysis

    • Collect market information and economic data to support investment analysis.

    Investment Reporting

    Governance and Compliance

    • Assist in monitoring compliance with investment policies, procedures and regulatory  requirements.

    • Assist in preparation of information required by regulators, auditors and consultants.

    Stakeholder Support

    • Liaise with fund managers, custodians, brokers and other service providers on routine operational matters.
    • Assist in responding to investment-related information requests.
    • Support member education initiatives relating to investment matters where required.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Investment Analyst, Senior Investment Officer or Investment & Strategy Manager.

    Academic Qualifications

    Procurement Assistant

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The Procurement Assistant is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in procurement, inventory management, supplier management and contract administration to ensure efficient acquisition of goods, works and services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Scheme policies.

    Procurement Operations

    JOB PURPOSE

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ICT Infrastructure Support

    • Provide first-level user support for ICT hardware, software and network-related issues.
    • Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
    • Assist in monitoring the performance and availability of ICT infrastructure.

    Senior Investment Officer

     JOB PURPOSE

    • The Senior Investment Officer is responsible for supporting the formulation and implementation of the Scheme's investment strategy, portfolio management, investment research, performance monitoring, manager oversight and investment reporting to ensure achievement of the Scheme's investment objectives.
    • The role provides technical leadership in investment management activities and supports compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, investment policies and governance frameworks.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Investment Strategy and Portfolio Management

    • Support development and implementation of the Scheme's investment strategy and annual investment plans.
    • Monitor portfolio performance against approved benchmarks and investment objectives.
