    Senior Manager, Frontline Marketing

    As a cornerstone of our East and Central Africa marketing team, you'll lead the orchestration of marketing strategies, bringing our brands to life across Mozambique and Botswana. Your role will encompass:

    Who You Are:

    A visionary marketer with:

    • 8+ years of rich marketing and leadership experience, preferably in FMCG.
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
    • Expertise in transforming marketing strategies into unforgettable brand experiences.
    • Keen business acumen and a proven track record of managing marketing budgets effectively.
    • The ability to thrive in a diverse, cross-functional team environment, with experience in fostering robust relationships both internally and externally.

    Senior Director, Frontline Marketing

    Your Role:

    As a key member of our team, you'll:

    • Align With Bottlers: Collaborate closely with bottlers to align on marketing priorities, leveraging consumer insights and strategic plans to achieve shared objectives.
    • Strategize and Innovate: Provide critical input on portfolio strategies and brand plans, identifying local innovation opportunities and guiding the commercialization of new projects.
    • Amplify Our Voice: Lead the localization and amplification of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our diverse consumer base.
    • Lead With Excellence: Review and approve marketing plans, oversee local activations, and showcase best practices that can be scaled across regions.

    Who You Are:

    • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
    • You bring 12-15 years of significant marketing and leadership experience, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
    • You have direct experience with marketing activations and a deep understanding of business and commercial acumen.
    • Your experience includes working with external partners, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
    • You are adept at developing relationships, coordinating marketing activities, and guiding media buying processes.
